Lot Description:

John Deere 652E QuikTrak™ Stand-On Mowers — Multiple Units, Sold Separately / As-Is

This is a straight-shooting commercial lawn company liquidation. These machines were written off and replaced with new equipment — that's just smart business when you're running at scale. That creates a real opportunity for the right buyer.

Here's exactly what you're looking at:

What these machines are: The John Deere 652E QuikTrak is a commercial-grade stand-on mower built around a dual hydrostatic drive system. Each machine runs two Hydro-Gear axial piston variable-displacement pumps — one per side — that feed two individual 15 cubic inch piston wheel motors, one for each drive wheel. AGUP The left pump drives the left wheel, the right pump drives the right wheel. That independent design is actually your friend here, because the issues on these machines are isolated.

What's wrong — and why it matters:

Units with running engines: The engines start and run. The issue is a failed hydrostatic pump on one side — either left or right depending on the unit. That means one drive wheel functions and one doesn't. These pumps are Hydro-Gear units, a well-known brand with strong parts availability. A pump rebuild or replacement is a straightforward repair for anyone with hydrostatic experience.

The unit with the non-running engine: This one is actually the most interesting flip candidate. Both hydrostatic pumps are intact and both drive sides work — it's a valve issue on the engine side keeping it from firing. Someone mechanically inclined could potentially combine the best of these machines.

The opportunity here: Buy one and fix a pump. Buy several and consolidate working components across machines. Either way, you're getting commercial John Deere iron at a fraction of replacement cost. New 652E units retail well north of $10,000. These are priced to move as-is.

Come test them yourself. We encourage inspection before bidding. You can verify engine start (or no-start), listen to the drive system, and check the deck condition in person. What you see is what you get — no surprises, no warranties, no exceptions.

All units sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties expressed or implied. Sold to the highest bidder.

Business Liquidation - No Sales tax, just normal 18% BP

Must pay and pick up on schedule - no pay bidders will be permanatly banned from whole platform.

Inspection is BEFORE you bid, not after.  Call with any questions.
