All payments are to be completed online through equip-bid with debit/credit only (cash payments must be paid in exact change, please let us know before pick up). Items must be paid for in full before pick up. Please be sure to read through all terms and conditions thoroughly before bidding.
Payment: All payments will be processed upon the auction's closing. All invoices not paid within 3 days of the auction closing will be returned to inventory and belong to the company.
Bidders are asked to contact Oh So Loved via email to discuss a pick up different than listed. A confirmation email must be sent to complete the agreement. We are happy to work with you to get your items! Many items are available to nationwide shipping, please see shipping details.
Opened Box/Untested/Unknown Condition: Items under this category appear to be in new or in gently used condition. Upon pick up bidders are allowed to inspect and if, upon pick up the item does not work, the buyer may leave the item for a full refund before leaving the pick up location. Items which have left the property are not eligible for a refund, it is the bidders responsibility to inspect upon pick up.
Damaged See Additional Photos: Items under this category have known/seen damage. We photograph and document any damage seen to the best of our ability. We do not test for functionality. Damages could include scratched, dented, broken or known missing pieces. Items listed as damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call/text the affiliate at 913-329-3355 to schedule an inspection appointment upon request within the times listed below. No after-hour appointments available.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
**VERY IMPORTANT** Pick-Up Information is listed on Lot #0001 of each auction. Our current auctions are held at many different locations throughout the KC area. Please note the time and date of pick up BEFORE bidding.
If you need extended pick-up time or a different date due to an emergency, please contact Oh So Loved. Bidders MUST receive a confirmation email to agree to this.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.

Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Oh So Loved, contact us at 913-329-3355. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Oh So Loved's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
