Auction pickup is Saturday , from 11AM-3:00PM. This is an Estate Auction and is a 1 DAY ONLY PICKUP AS THE HOUSE HAS SOLD! If you cannot pickup during scheduled pickup time and prior arrangements have not been made, please DO NOT BID. All items NOT picked up on pickup day WILL BE FORFEITED. NO refunds will be given.
All items are being sold in an AS IS WHERE IS CONDITION and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!! The descriptions of the items listed are based on our research and it is your responsibility to schedule an appointment for preview to do your own research. Inspection preview is by appointment only (Call Stacy at 620-474-3689 or Amy at 620-386-0999 for an inspection appointment.
We will have your smaller items pulled but it will be your responsibility to remove any heavier or larger items from their location. Some items listed are very heavy and it is your responsibility to bring help to remove these items.

3. Once in Manage Invoice, you can "Pay your Invoice" or "Make Removal Appointment".
4. Click on "Schedule a Time" and find an open spot in the list.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Use the online scheduler to select a time within the schedule below.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 per day late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Exact cash payment onsite is accepted at this location if auction manager notified prior to auction closing to not run credit card. Invoices over $1,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with exact cash or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day per invoice. Items remaining at the sale location after scheduled pick-up times will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, all items are sold as-is, where-is and no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Liability: Elite Online Auction Company's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Invoice must be paid prior to removal of items. Payment must be made prior to, and a *Paid in Full* invoice must be presented when picking up. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within1 business days of the auctions closing. Business days are Monday-Saturday. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your credit card on file to be charged for total amount plus a $25.00 per day late payment fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. It is your responsibility as the buyer if you have not received a paid invoice via email within 24 hours of submitting payment to contact Equip-Bid to verify receipt of payment in order to avoid being charged a late fee. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A valid credit card must be kept on file with Equip-Bid at all times. Equip-Bid has the right to submit an authorization from time to time to ensure the credit card is valid. If the card becomes invalid, Equip-Bid will disable your bidding rights and they will not be reinstated until a valid credit card is provided.
