Turn Right on Inner Loop Rd, Building No. 888 will be at the end of Inner Loop Rd on the Left
**All invoices over 2,000 will need to be cash, cashier's check made out to Equip-bid Auctions or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be emailed to the primary email on file.**

Fort Irwin policies prohibit the storage and/or major repair of vehicles on the installation to include all parking areas.
Every Person Entering The Base Will Need To Go The Visitors Center To Get A Visitors Pass.
A "Real ID" is Required to be Granted Entry Onto Base.
NO FELONIES OR WARRANTS WILL ENTER THE BASE.You Will Be Required To Pass A Background Check!
When You Arrive To The Visitors Center, You Will Need Your Drivers License, Car Registration and Insurance.
You Will Need To Fill Out a Form - Please Allow 10-30 Minutes or Longer For This Process!
All items on this auction have been abandoned.
Every vehicle will require a minimum of a new battery, tires and service.
Please do not assume condition of an item.
The start/no start is not a guarantee that the vehicle
will start and drive away.
Please make arrangements to preview the vehicles.
You are NOT allowed to work on vehicles on site.
You will need to have the vehicles towed off within
scheduled pick-up times!
Credit cards only accepted for invoices under $2,000. All other invoices must be paid with cash, cashier's check or wire transfer.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. See inspection dates and times below.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Equip-Bid. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:
- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.
- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Equip-Bid.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.
Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Equip-Bid Outside Sales, contact us at support@equip-bid.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Equip-Bid and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
