Franke’s Enterprises Is not responsible for loading or securing of load to your vehicle. If you item weighs over 50 lbs, you will need to bring assistance for loading.
If you need help loading larger items, loading assistance is available for $25. Frankes is not responsible for any damage that may occur during assisted loading.

Pick up:
-If unable to pick up items within pickup Days listed, Thursday 10-5, Friday 10-5, or Monday 10-5, Do Not Bid.
-By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and agree to remove them from the auction location.
-Pick up items Thursday 10AM-5PM, Friday 10AM-5PM, or Monday 10AM-5PM at Frankes Enterprise, located at 1414 W South Ave, Independence, MO. 64052.
-Item Pickup & Storage Policy: All items, paid may be held for up to 7 calendar days, provided the buyer makes contact within the auctions original pickup times. If no contact is made, items will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund. Items held beyond 7 days will incur a $25 storage fee, applied unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Refunds: We offer Inspection dates Monday thru Friday, 10AM to 5PM, Prior to auction closing, and reccommend looking at the items before removal. Items are sold AS-IS with no refunds.
IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP, within removal scheduled times Items will be forfeited with NO REFUND.
Any items refunded will NOT receive Handling Fee, BP Fee or Taxes refunded. We do not offer refunds. Please inspect items or email us at Frankeshelp@gmail.com for any extra questions with items.
Tax-Exempt Bidders:
-Tax-exemption forms must be provided for each invoice.
-Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account
-Upon providing tax-exemption forms to Franke’s Enterprises, contact this affiliate at Frankeshelp@gmail.com to remove tax from each invoice. Tax exempt forms must be provided within 24 hours BEFORE closure of each auction. If the form is recieved after we cannnot refund charges. Please have your bidder ID number also available with it.

To ensure an organized and efficient pickup process, we kindly request that all customers adhere to the following policies:
Scheduled Appointments: All item pickups may be scheduled in advance to help alleviate wait times, though it is not required by this seller. Customers arriving without a confirmed appointment may experience delays.
Loading Assistance: For the safety of our staff and customers, buyers are required to bring adequate help when picking up any item weighing over 50 pounds. Should staff assistance be required for loading, an additional handling fee starting at $25 will apply to the customer. The customer will be liable for cash payout or card processing. Card processing will have an additional 3% processing fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and professional experience for all participants.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Inspections are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, prior to the auction closing. Email the affiliate at Frankeshelp@gmail.com to schedule an inspection time upon request. Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you accept liability of the full amount of your invoice plus an additional $25 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file, and must be processed by the buyer in their Invoice Payment Options. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Franke's Enterprise LLC. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you will incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings.This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid.
By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you should schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items without refund. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following: - All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback. - Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Franke's Enterprise LLC. Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items. Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary. Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account. Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate for each independent auction—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Equip-Bid Outside Sales, contact us at support@equip-bid.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment. Liability: Franke's Enterprise LLC and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price. Shipping is available for smaller items if arrangements are made prior to the final pickup date. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging, insurance, etc. All invoices and applicable fees must be paid in full before items are shipped.
All payments must be completed on Equip-Bids prior to pickup. We do not accept card payments at the warehouse. Exact cash payments only. NO CHECKS are permitted.
