Buyer Terms & Conditions (Supplemental to Equip-Bid: By registering and bidding on Equip-Bid, you agree to all Equip-Bid Terms & Conditions, policies, and privacy practices.  All global Equip-Bid site terms apply to this auction and can be reviewed at: https://www.equip-bid.com/terms.. BIDDING & BUYER - All bids are binding and final. Bidding constitutes intent to purchase. Do Not Bid if you are unable to: pay for items won, pickup items within posted pickup window. Winning bidders are legally obligated to pay for and pickup all items won. Valid and accurate contact info is required. We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation at its discretion in its auctions. BUYER’S PREMIUM & FEES - 18% Buyer’s Premium applies to all winning bids. A $1 handling fee per lot may be applied toward listing and pickup handling. At Monarch Liquidation, we pride ourselves on offering superior service and appreciate your business. Applicable sales tax will be charged where required. Items will not be released until all amounts are paid in full. PAYMENT TERMS - The default credit card on file will be charged at auction close. Payment must be completed within 48 hours. If a payment is declined: Buyer must pay in exact cash at pickup. Failure to pay and pickup by the end of the pickup window will result in forfeiture of items without refund. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No warranties, express or implied. No refunds or exchanges. No guarantees as to condition, functionality, completeness, or suitability. INSPECTION & BUYER RESPONSIBILITY - Inspection is offered and encouraged. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph items and note visible damage. No assumptions should be made regarding item condition or details. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research prior to bidding. PICKUP REQUIREMENTS (NO SHIPPING) Local pickup only. Pickup is by appointment. Pickup begins the day following auction close. Pickup location and timeframe are disclosed at auction start. Pickup window ends no later than five (5) business days after auction close. MISSED PICKUP & ABANDONMENT Items not picked up by the end of the pickup window may be: Re-inventoried, Resold or disposed of at our discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed items. PICKUP VERIFICATION - Buyer must have Invoice with Bidder Number. Buyer must verify items at pickup. Buyer signature is required confirms receipt and acceptance of items in their condition at pickup. TAX-EXEMPT - Tax-exempt status is not stored. Buyers must contact Monarch Liquidation and submit a valid Tax-Exempt Certificate prior to payment. No retroactive tax refunds will be issued. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS - we reserve the right to Modify Terms & Conditions, Withdraw items, Cancel, reschedule, or extend auctions when necessary. LIABILITY LIMITATION - To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Monarch Liquidation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. DISPUTES - We resolve disputes related to auction fulfillment, pickup, and item release. Decisions are final, subject to Equip-Bid’s dispute resolution policies where applicable. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - By bidding, paying, and/or picking up items, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, in addition to all Equip-Bid Terms & Conditions.
