 Removal / Load-Out

Pickup is by scheduled appointment only — schedule through the “Manage Invoice” button on your invoice page.

No walk-ins allowed.

We can extend pickup dates, but you must communicate with Jason or Larry within 3 days of auction closing.

Bring the proper vehicle/trailer.

Forklift assistance is available as a courtesy, but you are responsible for securing your load.

Unsafe trailers may be refused for safety.

Large items (containers, buildings, sheds, etc.) may require special arrangements.

All invoices must be paid in full before any shipping arrangements are discussed.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Credit Cards: Accepted only for invoices under $2,000. 

  • Invoices $2,000 and above must be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer.
    (No personal checks accepted.)

  • Wire transfer instructions will be emailed once invoices are generated.

If you are tax exempt, you must submit your exemption forms to Soaztractor@yahoo.com before paying. Please confirm your invoice reflects the exemption prior to pickup.

A Buyer’s Premium of 18% will be added to all purchases. Please factor this into your bidding.

INSPECTION & PREVIEW

Please use the designated inspection times to preview and evaluate all items prior to bidding.
All item descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, but it is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and verify the condition before bidding. An incorrect description is not a valid reason for a refund or discount; if you have specific questions, please ask.

PICKUP & REMOVAL

  • All items must be removed during the Scheduled Removal Times.

  • If you cannot make it during the designated pickup period, please do not bid.

  • Items not removed during scheduled times will incur a $100 holding fee, plus $25 per day thereafter unless a specific lot lists an approved exception.

  • Buyers are responsible for removing items without causing damage to the property or surrounding area.

Abandoned Items:
Any items not picked up within 7 days after the final removal date will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the discretion of Desert Southwest Auctions without refund or compensation to the buyer.

LOADING ASSISTANCE

  • Loading assistance will be provided on site.
    Forklifts and staff will be available to help during your scheduled pickup time. Please be patient and respectful while waiting for loading.

  • If Desert Southwest Auctions assists with loading, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your property, vehicle, trailer, or purchased items during load-out.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. See inspection dates and times below. 

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. 

Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Equip-Bid. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:

- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.

- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Desert Southwest Auctions.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.

Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.

Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Desert Southwest Auctions, contact us at support@equip-bid.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability: Equip-Bid and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
