We offer a refund if your item does not function. Refunds are available for the following listing conditions (Appears New, Factory Sealed). We do not give refunds for items listed as Damaged or Open Box. If an item does not have a listing condition it should be considered Open Box.

To request a refund you must email us within 48 hours from the time you picked up your item. Refund requests should be sent to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com.
Refund Request Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted via email to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com no later than 6:00 PM following the end of the auction Before The 48h Deadline. We do not accept refund requests via phone call or text message.
Required Information: Your email must include:
A PDF copy of your invoice.
The specific lot number(s) you are requesting a refund for.
A detailed description of the issue.
Item Return Deadline: If your refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned to our store between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the Tuesday following the refund approval. Returns are only accepted during this timeframe unless an alternative appointment has been pre-approved.
Policy Voidance: Failure to follow this policy exactly, including the email-only communication and return deadlines, will void your refund eligibility.

Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: We do NOT offer any inspection times, everything is (AS IS) condiditon please refer to pictures any damaged found will the marked as much as possiable
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (TUESDAY or SATURDAY) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, venmo, cash app. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:
If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe and no arrangements have been made to pick up, we will hold your items for 1 additional week. If you fail to pick up your items within that 1 additional week, you forfeit the items and they will be returned to inventory—no refunds will be given. If you have any questions/concerns or need to make alternate arrangements for pick up, please feel free to contact us though Facebook (Bidding For Deals LLC messenger or at Biddingfordeals@gmail.com Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us by email or message no later than 10:00 am the day following the auction's close. In the event an item is not available for pick-up, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. After 24 hours past pick-up, Bidding for Deals, Equip-Bid, and the Buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made.
Refunds: If you receive an item that does not work, and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund within 72 HOURS OF PICK-UP. If it has been longer than 72 HOURS then no refund will be issued. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account. Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Bidding for deals. FaceBook message Bidding For Deals LLC or Email: Biddingfordeals@gmail.co. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Bidding for Deals LLC's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Shipping is not available for this auction. You may contact someone local to pick up item, and ship for you, however, at this time pick up during the scheduled load out times only. Please contact seller at phone number listed on auction if you have any questions.
