This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Payment:  

Payments will be charged to your credit card on file the day after the auction ends UNLESS you contact text or call Karin  by 10 AM. Payment onsite will be accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000. must contact Karin (417) 294-0946 for payment with credit or debit card or  You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from HOMESITE AUCTIONS. 

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.

Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.

Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with HOMESITE AUCTIONS Outside Sales, contact us at (417) 294-0946 before 10 am the morning after the auction ends. After sending your tax exempt forms to homesiteauctions@gmail.com. we will remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability: Equip-Bid, HOMESITE AUCTIONS and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Inspection: This auction does not always offer scheduled inspection dates. If inspection dates and times are not listed below call the affiliate at 417-294-0946 to schedule an inspection request.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:

- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.

- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Homesite Auctions.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Homesite Auctions.

Please be on time for pick up. Make sure to have your payment, the proper vehicle, trailer, tarps, straps and help for pick up. Our staff will kindly help load any pallet items with our forklift.

Payments via CASHIERS CHECKS - See "PAYMENTS" for instructions- NO PERSONAL CHECKS!! Cash will be accepted at pick up. Credit cards received at pick up will incur a fee. Please make sure to adjust your daily limits on your credit or debit card accordingly prior to pick up for smooth, quick transactions and no confusion!!! If you are tax exempt, you MUST have your proper tax documents received by 9:45am the day following the close of auction to ensure proper adjustments! Multiple forms of payment not accepted unless previously authorized!
