Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to ALL LOT ITEMS won at the end of the auction as an offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
For purchase amounts above 2000.00 credit card limit, the credit card on file may be charged a deposit after the auction ends of 1000.00. This deposit will be deducted from final invoice and is non-refundable regardless of situation. This deposit will be forfeited if bidder does not complete full payment process in the timeframes allowed.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state of Oklahoma. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Additionally, if information is needed after the sale is concluded, please include Full Name and Bidder Number in request. If you have a tax exempt status in your state, please send a copy of this approved status to the above contact information after each auction. Do not contact Equip-Bid, on Red Stag Auctions for this information. We do not keep tax exempt information on file, it must be updated each and every auction.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please text/email Eric at 405-822-7328 or eric@redstaginvestments.com to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged at the close of auction and the 3.0% Credit Card Fee may be imposed, unless, you notify Eric at eric@redstaginvestments.com or 405-822-7328 prior to the end of the auction close stating you will be paying by Cash, Cashier Check or Wire. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on site with payment methods other than cash or check is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. If paying by Cashiers Check please make it out to RED STAG AUCTIONS. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please contact Eric with Red Stag Auctions (405)822-7328 before bidding. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. If an item is not picked up within 7 days of the Auction Close without prior approval by Red Stag Auctions, the item will be forfeited with no refund and resold. If You Do Not Remove Your Items During The Scheduled Removal Date(s) without Prior Approval, You MAY BE CHARGED A $25 Holding Fee For these Items Being Held On Our Lot For You. After Seven (7) days the items may be resold with no refund.
If you fail to pick up the items you’ve won within one week from auction close, or without prior written approval from Red Stag Auctions, items will be forfeited and returned back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify Red Stag Auctions by email or phone no later than noon the day following the auction's close.
Refunds: no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Photos are considered to be part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of the condition level.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Red Stag Auctions.

Vehicles will be charged a 4.5% tax rate unless the buyer is an Oklahoma resident, then it will be 0% as you will pay at the tag agency. You will be required to have insurance verification placed on the vehicle within 48 hours of auction close.
All items are AS-IS with no warranties implied or offered. It is your responsiblity to inspect the items before bidding through our inspection options. Some Items might have been used/started/ridden/driven/moved for marketing, inspection, Auction Use or other use during Auction. Also most if not all items are stored outside and may be dirty, weathered or have been rained on. Also, may be muddy due to being moved on dirt pad. Some items may have scratches, Dents or other damage not shown in pictures. All items are not tested, it is your responsibility to inpsect and test items before bidding.
Local pickup preferred. No mail delivery offered.
If you need delivery then you are welcome to contract with your own delivery solution and Red Stag Auctions will work with that delivery solution to coordinate delivery.
Red Stag Auctions may be able to offer shipping at $2.50/mile one way ($75.00 minimum truck only, $100.00 minimum truck and trailer) from our location to your location. Please call before the auction ends to verify we can deliver to your location and have the equipment to do so.
Purchases much be paid for within terms specified at the auction end. Payment not made by this time may result in forfeiture of your items and the item can be resold in another auction. Additionally, you are entering a legal contract with your bid, legal actio can be taken if you fail to complete transaction. Venue is Oklahoma County. You can be sued and the bid amount with all fees associated to suit be your responsibility. DO NOT BID if you do not intend on completing transaction. If you do not have funds secured prior to auction end, DO NOT BID. We will not wait for you to "get a loan" to pay for your items that takes longer than 7 business days from auction end.
We only accept Credit Cards for amounts under 2000.00. Wires, Cashiers Checks and Cash are acceptable methods of payment for any amount, but must take place for amounts over 2000.00. Wires will only be made to RED STAG AUCTIONS at the following WIRE INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT WIRE EQUIP-BID or another EQUIP-BID Auctioneer.
