Removal / Load-Out

  • Pickup is by scheduled appointment only. Schedule via your invoice page (“Manage Invoice”).

  • No walk-ins.

  • We are flexible on extending pickup dates, but MUST be communicated with seller within 3 days of closing.

  • Bring the right trailer, vehicle, and equipment. We provide forklift/load-out assistance as a courtesy, but you are responsible for strapping/securing your load. Unsafe trailers may be refused.

  • Certain large or specialty items (e.g. containers, buildings, homes) may require special arrangements.

Shipping

  • Seller does NOT offer shipping or freight services, but can offer contacts.  We have reliable local shipping container delivery options.

  • All invoices must be paid before shipping arrangements can be made.

  • Buyer is responsible for all freight costs and risks.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Know what you are bidding on. Inspect before you bid.

  • If sending a third party for pickup, they must have your invoice, copy of bidder ID and details.

  • Damage or theft after auction close is the buyer’s risk.

  • Failure to pay or remove items may result in forfeiture and account suspension.

General Rules

  • This is an online-only auction.

  • By bidding, you agree to all terms listed here.

  • Do not bid if you cannot pay or pick up within the deadlines.

Inspection

  • Scheduled inspection is available.

  • Call 305-790-4400 to set up an appointment.

Payment

  • Your default card may be charged immediately after the auction.

  • Payment must be completed within 1 business day (M–F) of the auction closing.

  • Late payments will add a $25 fee (non-refundable).

  • Invoices over $2,000 must be paid by cash, wire, or cashier’s check.

  • Cash payments require exact change.

  • No split payments without prior written approval.

Pick-Up & Removal

  • Pick-up is by appointment only through your invoice page.

  • If you cannot pick up during scheduled times, do not bid.

  • Items not picked up on time are forfeited (no refunds, no chargebacks).

  • Once items are picked up, they are your responsibility.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused during removal.

Shipping

  • Shipping is not guaranteed.

  • Check the auction’s Shipping tab before bidding.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only given if an item is not as described.

  • No refunds for other reasons.
