Parking is limited, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN SAND LOT NEXT TO BUILDING. PARK OUT FRONT ON STREET. If you are purchasing a lot of items OR large/heavy items, PLEASE contact auction manager for scheduling outside hours. We have wiggle room so PLEASE use it, but don't abuse it. If invoices aren't paid and NO contact has been made at end of pick up day, we will mark unpaid invoices as no-shows! Please be sure to contact auction manager if you are paying cash.

There is very limited help available to load out items, please be sure to bring necessary tools and extra help needed to remove your items.
Invoice must be paid prior to removal of items. Payment must be made prior to, and a *Paid in Full* invoice must be presented (phone is okay) when picking up. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A valid credit card must be kept on file with Equip-Bid at all times. Equip-Bid has the right to submit an authorization from time to time to ensure the credit card is valid. If the card becomes invalid, Equip-Bid will disable your bidding rights.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call the affiliate at 316-209-3421 to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged the day following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, contact auction manager. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from close date. After Pick Up Day, all unpaid invoices will be marked as unpaid. Please call auction house to settle any unpaid invoices if extending pickup. All items PAID/Unpaid/HELD longer than Seven (7) CALENDAR Days are considered abandoned property and are forfeited.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, items will be forfeited and return back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Liability: Liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
