**Pickup Deadline:**

All items must be picked within the posted pickup times - Items not collected by this time are considered forfeit and will be relisted - NO REFUND

 

Items must be picked up during the designated loadout period for this auction.

  • If you need an extended pickup, email Agent86Help@gmail.com with your Name and Bidder Number BEFORE the end of the loadout day. We will hold your items For pickup the following Wednesday- $15 fee will apply and will need to be paid in cash or Venmo at time of pickup

  • Any items not picked up  by the end of the posted loadout timeframe will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund. 

**Settlement and Pickup Information:**

Invoices not settled by the end of the published loadout will be marked as a "No Show," negatively affecting your bidder account.

 

Please refrain from bidding if you cannot pick up within the posted timeframes. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation.

Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.

Inspection: This auction DOES NOT offer scheduled inspection dates. EMAIL the affiliate at Agent86help@gmail.com to schedule an inspection time upon request or schedule an appointment online from the details tab.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, check, or wire transfer. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change is required on cash payments. 

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. 

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be placed back on auction and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loadout times have passed. They can be held up to 5 days upon request from the bidder for a $50.00 holding fee (separate from a late pick-up fee). Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. 

Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted via email- Agent86help@gmail.comby date and time listed in on the details section- Contact affiliate by email Agent86help@gmail.com. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Agent 86, contact us at Agent86help@gmail.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Agent 86 Auction Shipping Policy

 

If you require shipping on the items you win, please email us at Agent86Help@gmail.com with your bidder number, and a good shipping address you would like your items sent to. We will respond to your email ASAP with a payment request/invoice. Once that invoice is paid, we'll ship your items out within 2 business days after the auction ends, and email you a link to track your package. We will send you a Square Invoice to pay for the Flat Rate Shipping. Once we receive payment, and confirmed your shipping address, we will proceed with shipping your items ASAP.

Agent 86 Auction is not responsible for damaged, lost, or theft of shipments.

 

- Responsibility Post-Shipment: Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is considered delivered. Damaged, lost, or stolen shipments must be addressed directly with the carrier.

 

Unclaimed Items

 

- If shipping is not purchased/arranged within the given timeframe, items must be picked up from the Agent 86 warehouse per the scheduled pick-up period for that auction.

 

- Items not arranged for shipment or picked up within the allotted timeframe are subject to forfeit, with no refunds or chargebacks issued.
