From the premier estate of Tommy Vaught, this assemblage presents one of the rarest collections of motorcycles, Hundreds of OEM Parts, Fabricated Outlaw Tributes, Memorabilia, and much more. This collection celebrates Tom's relentless passion for the Matchless marque. Your chance to own History, Rarity, and a piece of the motorcycle company that Tom dedicated his life to preserving and pushing forward. 1962 G50CSR Golden Eagle, 1966 G85CS, 1961 G80TCS Typhoon, Several G50 Engines, Carburators, Magnetos, Wheel Hubs, Exhaust Systems, Rolling Chassis, Outlaw Bikes, and much more. This auction will run until July 8th, with several of the items going at No Reserve. Auction Load Out days will be July 10th, 11th and 12th. Additional parts will be available to purchase in a Matchless Swap Meet style setup. Many of these parts are original equipment, but smaller or more difficult to describe, so not in auction. All onsite sales will be done in Cash only. For international buyers, we will work with your preferred shipping company of choice to ensure your item(s) are picked up and safely taken from our location. Please reach out for any special circumstances or shipping questions prior to Auction End to make sure we can accommodate. Please look at pictures of each item for additional condition or factual representations. We will do our best to describe, but the ultimate description of the item, condition or accuracy is up to your decision. Inspection periods will be allowed upon appointment only. Please read Terms for additional information. This is your chance to purchase very limited items and represents an amazing opportunity for Matchless collectors and enthusiasts to find that "one part" or full bike that you need to complete your project or collection.
All items are located in Edmond, OK, and will need to be picked up at this address by appointment only on load-out days or with other pre-approved appointments.
Once Auction is over, all items are the responsibility of the Buyer.
None of the Motors or Bikes are in running condition at the time of sale. Many of the bikes look to be complete, but please look at the pictures in detail for any missing items, as we are not experts on what was included on each bike. If additional information or pictures are needed, please reach out to the Red Stag Auction team prior to the Auction End.
Representations of the items being "original equipment", "OE" or "Believed to be" are the responsibility of buyers to verify prior to purchase. Motors or other items may or may not have internals or parts. On-site inspection is recommended and encouraged prior to bidding on a specific item. Terms "motor", "engine", or "bike" are intended to be generalizations and may not be a complete item. If an item is represented to be a Matchless part, it is your responsibility to confirm that claim prior to bidding.
No warranties or returns are implied or accepted. All sales are final.
No titles or Bills of Sale other than your Auction Invoice will be supplied by Red Stag Auctions. No Titles are implied for any item.

The buyer's premium will be capped at $2,000.00 per lot. Meaning, if, at the end of the auction, an individual lot is won and the calculated 18% buyers' premium exceeds $2,000.00 for that lot, Red Stag Auctions will adjust the buyers' premium down to $2,000.00 at the end of the auction for that winning lot. A winning Bidder Total does not qualify for capped buyers' premium. Only applied to individual lots, not cumulative per buyer
Payment for items can only be made by Credit Card, Cash, Wire Transfer, or Cashier's Check made out to Red Stag Auctions.
For Invoices over $2000.00 in total, Cash, Wire Transfer, or Cashier's Check is the only option to pay. Credit Cards will not be utilized for amounts over 2000.00
Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to ALL LOT ITEMS won at the end of the auction as an offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
For purchase amounts above 2000.00 credit card limit, the credit card on file may be charged a deposit after the auction ends of 1000.00. This deposit will be deducted from final invoice and is non-refundable regardless of situation. This deposit will be forfeited if bidder does not complete full payment process in the timeframes allowed.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call/text/email Eric at 405-822-7328 or eric@redstaginvestments.com to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged at the close of auction and the 3.5% Credit Card Fee may be imposed, unless, you notify Eric at eric@redstaginvestments.com or 405-822-7328 prior to the end of the auction close stating you will be paying by Cash, Cashier Check or Wire. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on site with payment methods other than cash or check is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. If paying by Cashiers Check please make it out to RED STAG AUCTIONS. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please contact Eric with Red Stag Auctions (405)822-7328 before bidding. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. If an item is not picked up within 7 days of the Auction Close without prior approval by Red Stag Auctions, the item will be forfeited with no refund and resold. If You Do Not Remove Your Items During The Scheduled Removal Date(s) without Prior Approval, You WILL BE CHARGED A $25 Holding Fee For these Items Being Held On Our Lot For You. After Seven (7) days the items may be resold with no refund.
If you fail to pick up the items you’ve won within one week from auction close, or without prior written approval from Red Stag Auctions, items will be forfeited and returned back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify Red Stag Auctions by email or phone no later than noon the day following the auction's close.
Refunds: no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Photos are considered to be part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of the condition level.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Red Stag Auctions.

Vehicles will be charged a 4.5% tax rate unless the buyer is an Oklahoma resident, then it will be 0% as you will pay at the tag agency. You will be required to have insurance verification placed on the vehicle within 48 hours of auction close.
All items are AS-IS with no warranties implied or offered. It is your responsiblity to inspect the items before bidding through our inspection options.
Local pickup preferred. Limited mail delivery offered for additional fee to be determined upon request.
If you need delivery then you are welcome to contract with your own delivery solution and Red Stag Auctions will work with that delivery solution to coordinate delivery.
Red Stag Auctions may be able to offer shipping at $1.75/mile one way ($75.00 minimum truck only, $100.00 minimum truck and trailer) from our location to your location. Please call before auction ends to verify we can deliver to your location and have the equipment to do so.
