All Materials are loaded out with a forklift, (if) trailer is equipped with side rails that are permanent, and material cannot be set onto the trailer.
We reserve the right to refuse loading.
This is done for safety of handling loads properly and not damaging the product.
No exceptions.
We will not be responsible for any damage that (may) occur during load out(s).

Credit cards are only accepted for invoices under $2,000. All other invoices must be paid with cash, cashier's check (no personal checks) or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be sent out via email after invoices have been generated.
If your purchase is tax exempt, you have five (5) days from the auction end date to submit your tax exempt forms to support@equip-bid.com. Please verify your invoice has been adjusted correctly prior to your scheduled pick up.

If you do not remove your items during the scheduled removal times, you WILL BE CHARGED A $25 Holding Fee for these items being held on our lot for you.
All Items Are Sold As-Is Where-Is on Location and Will Be the BUYERS Responsibility to remove Without Causing Damage to the property.

LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE. We have forklifts and will help load according to your scheduled time; please be patient and respectful when waiting to be loaded.
If you would like assistance with loading, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during load-out, including damage to your items/property, vehicle, trailer or other property.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. All global site terms and conditions apply to this auction, which you agreed to in creating an account with Equip-Bid Auctions. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does offer inspection by appointment. Call/Text Grit Auctions at 719-755-2839 to schedule an inspection time.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 cannot be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required for cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Grit Auctions. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in a Grit Auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and agree to remove them from the auction location. To pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed-upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of the regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:
- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.
- Items that are forfeited cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by
Grit Auctions.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for all damages they cause while removing items.
Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction before bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition than it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize the offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received, but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Grit Auctions, contact us at jp@gritauctions.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Equip-Bid, Grit Auctions, and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Grit Auctions and Equip-Bid.
Shipping is available for this auction at the buyers expense.
We do not set up the shipping but will however help with the process if we are able in any way.
