New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. Although website terms state that you need to inspect/test before you leave, we give you 48 HOURS from the date of pick up to contact us and request a refund.
Appears New:
Item appears to be in new condition. They may or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected, although there may be cosmetic blemishes. We inspect for the following:
Does not appear to have been pre-owned
Item is complete enough to run/work as needed
Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional
We give you 48 HOURS from the date of pick up to contact us and request a refund.
Open Box Untested Unknown Condition:
Open Box Untested Unknown Condition represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. We highly suggest you preview open box items. Call if you have questions.
Parts Only:
These items are NOT complete items and sold as is. This could be an item missing one or more key components, an item being only hardware, or an unknown item that we feel is incomplete. When an item is listed as 'Parts Only' be sure to check the photos for an accurate depiction of what the item is.
Damaged:
These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items. Call if you have questions. Damaged items cannot be returned, sold as is.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call or Text to schedule an appointment at 785-224-9797 (text prefered)
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged at 9am following the day after the auction closes. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash or money order. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please call ahead. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Please make an appointment during our standard pick-up times.
If you are unable to pick up items by the last available pick up day/time of the week of the auction, please text 785-224-9797 with your bidder ID and we will hold your items free of charge for one additional calendar week from the close of the auction.
If you fail to pick up your won items by the last available pick up day/time listed of the week of the auction and have NOT let us know by that last day listed via text, you forfeit the items AND they will be put back on auction to be resold to the highest bidder. NO refunds will be given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). Items must be returned within 2 business days of the refund request before a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
YOUR CARD ONFILE WILL BE CHARGED AT 9AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING AFTER THE SALE. UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE CLOSED 1 WEEK AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
