Payment:

• The credit card on file with the bidder’s account will be charged at the close of the auction.
• If the bidder’s payment is declined for any reason, the bidder will be unable to receive unpaid items.
• Payment onsite is accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Exact change is required for all cash transactions.
• Invoices exceeding $2,000 cannot be paid by the credit card on file. Buyers will be required to pay onsite with cash or a cashier’s check.
• If your check is returned you will be charged a $35 fee and you risk being suspended this auction. 
• Multiple instances of unpaid invoices will result in a permanent ban from the Equip-Bid site and all affiliates.

Pick-Up:

• If it is not possible to collect the items on the scheduled collection days, DO NOT BID
• When bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally required to be charged for all items won, and you agree to remove them from the auction site.
• To pick up items, go to 716 S 8th St. St. Joseph, MO 64501 on scheduled removal days and time. Items will not be held. Failure to pick up your items will automatically mean that you have forfeited those items. Bid all week but you must pick up on the scheduled days. Thank you!
Refunds:

• All items are guaranteed to function as intended unless listed as open box, damaged or incomplete. If it is not listed as any of these it is considered an open box item. 
• Value Vault LLC offers a 24 hour return policy on all items unless listed as open box, damaged, or incomplete.

• Bidders must contact Value Vault LLC at valuevaultst.joemo@gmail.com or call or text 913-730-6787. If no answer you MUST leave a message within 48 hours of the auction pick up to submit a claim.
• The requested products will have the refund processed between Monday and Wednesday of the following week, and your money will be returned within 4 to 12 days.

After 48 hours of the auction close date, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Tax-Exempt Bidders:

• Tax-exemption forms must be provided for each invoice.
• Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
