After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up. Select a time, and then be there during that time. Items not picked up during your scheduled load out will be pulled and relisted, no refunds given for failure to pick up. If an emergency comes up and you can not make your scheduled pick up time, send us an email at extremedealsintheburg@gmail.com and we will hold your items for pick-up the following Tuesday for a $10 cash fee per item. We apologize to have to do this but we have limited space, we can only bring these great deals if items are picked up!!!

Due to the massive volume we sell, we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but not all items are tested for functionality.

The 48 hour Guarantee Starts on your original Loadout day! (Example: You win on Monday, Your original loadout day will be Tuesday. Your Guarantee will be good until 1pm on Thursday!)

If you have an issue with one of these items, simply email extremedealsintheburg@gmail.com with the 48 hour timeframe! After your response to the email, please bring the item back to us within 5 business day and we will issue you a full refund!! Anytime after the 5 Business Days, There will be NO Refund Given!
Open Box: These items are NOT GUARANTEED! These items are sold "AS-IS" and are NON Refundable! These Items represent several conditions such as, incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, could be DOA, we have not tested. We Highly suggest you use our inspection days to preview open box items before placing a bid.
Pre-Owned/Used: These Items are NOT GUARANTEED! These Items are NON Refundable! These items are know to be used or pre-owned and we will picture them to the best of our ability! We will NOT test for Functionality!
Damaged: These Items are NOT GUARANTEED!! These Items are NON Refundable! These items are known to have damage. We will do our best to describe the damage and get pictures of the damage. We DO Not test for functionality.
Any Unmarked Items will be considered Open Box and will be sold As-Is! No Refunds on Unmarked Items!
Inspections: We will offer inspection days for each auction we list. Just schedule a time, and come on down!
Bidding: You are responsible for your bids. If you make a mistake, calls can be made to support at 816-527-9509, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm - before the auction closes and they may be able to assist you!
Payment: We will process credit cards at the close of every auction. If you wish to pay with cash or you are tax exempt, send us an email at extremedealsintheburg@gmail.com. It is your responsibility to have a working credit card on file at all times. If your credit card is declined, we will mark your account as a no-show and send you an email.
Pick-Up: Your Removal Schedule is available on every auction. If you do not pick up on your removal dates and times, your item/s will be returned to inventory for re-listing and your winning bid payment is nonrefundable!
If an emergency comes up, (Flat tire, Stuck in traffic, Family emergency) send an email to extremedealsintheburg@gmail.com and ask for an extension. If we do not receive and email by Saturday at 1pm of the week your auction ends, your item/s will be pulled and re-listed. If we give you an extension, We will notate your account. This will be a ONE time thing. We will not extend your pick-up every week or every other week.
No Exceptions, No Refunds For Non Pick-up. These are the Rules of The Auction.

Handling Surcharge-An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as an offset to elevated freight costs and processing costs!
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. All global site terms and conditions apply to this auction, which you agreed to in creating an account with Equip-Bid Auctions. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call the affiliate at 660-909-1151 to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with exact cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you will forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored on your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Extreme Deals in the Burg, contact us at 660-909-1151. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Extreme Deals in the Burg's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Shipping is not available for this auction. You may contact someone local to pick up item, and ship for you, however, at this time pick up during the scheduled load out times only. Please contact seller at phone number listed on auction if you have any questions.
