This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call/text/email Eric at 405-822-7328 or eric@redstaginvestments.com to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged at the close of auction unless you notify Eric at eric@redstaginvestments.com or 405-822-7328 prior to the end of the auction close stating you will be paying by Cash, Cashier Check or Wire. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on site with payment methods other than cash or Cashiers check is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Cashiers Checks need to be made out to Red Stag Auctions LC. For Wire information, please contact Eric at 405-822-7328. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please contact Eric with Red Stag Auctions (405)822-7328 before bidding. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. If an item is not picked up within 7 days of the Auction Close without prior approval by Red Stag Auctions, the item will be forfeited with no refund and resold. If You Do Not Remove Your Items During The Scheduled Removal Date(s) without Prior Approval, You WILL BE CHARGED A $25 Holding Fee For these Items Being Held On Our Lot For You. After Seven (7) days the items may be resold with no refund.

If you fail to pick up the items you’ve won within one week from auction close, or with prior approval from Red Stag Auctions, items will be forfeited and returned back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify Red Stag Auctions by email or phone no later than noon the day following the auction's close. 

Refunds: no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Photos are considered to be part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of the condition level. 

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Red Stag Auctions.

Vehicles will be charged a 4.5% tax rate unless the buyer is an Oklahoma resident, then it will be 0% as you will pay at the tag agency.  You will be required to have insurance verification placed on the vehicle within 48 hours of auction close.  

All items are AS-IS with no warranties implied or offered.  It is your responsiblity to inspect the items before bidding through our inspection options.
