Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We have not checked for function / internal damage as items are sealed.
Appears New: These items look to be in new condition, not used. We inspect for and note the following as possible:
Open Box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, may or may not be tested; could be fully functioning, or we have not necessarily tested. Open Box items may not be returned, SOLD AS-IS. No Refunds.
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe and take a picture of the damage. We don't necessarily test for functionality. These could be items never used or owned such as a luggage missing a wheel, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken, also may be incomplete or missing items. No Refunds. You are strongly encouraged to come view damaged items during hours of operation 2pm to 7pm Monday – Friday. Weekend hours to be announced.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection during hours of operation, M-F 2p-7p Pease call and set up a time at 531-739-6460.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged by 10:00 am the morning following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, but please make sure to call/text 531-739-6460.BEFORE the close of the auction to let us know. Otherwise, your card on file will be charged. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and not tolerated.
Pick-Up: By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up items won, you will need to pick up within 5 days of auction closing, no appointment is necessary. If someone else picks up your item(s) for you, make sure they know your bidder number and if possible bring a copy of your invoice (paper or electronic).
Please contact us with arrangements if you are unable to pick up your items within 5 days of the end of the auction. No refunds will be given. Regardless of any reason or agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and it is not shown on your invoice page, please contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. For items marked Factory Sealed, please report any problems within 24 hours of pick up in order to return. If marked Appears New, we guarantee your item for functionality (no other guarantee), so please call within 24 hours of pick-up. Otherwise, no other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with All Aces Auctions, contact us at 531-739-6460. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: All Aces Auctions liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
