**Item Evaluation:**
We assess damage, preowned status, and functionality. Items are refund-eligible if incomplete or non-functional, excluding color preferences, buyer's remorse, or cosmetic issues (dent/ding).
We encourage bidders to test items before leaving to minimize inconvenience.

**Refund/Return Process:**

- Include a Copy of the invoice, lot # identification, and clear explanation or pictures of the issue.
- *NO PHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES, only in-person or email requests within the deadline will be accepted.
We will respond within 24 hours, providing a time-stamped receipt for your peace of mind.
**Deadline for Refund Requests:**
Submit via EMAIL or IN PERSON by 6 PM the Friday following the auction close. Items, if required, must be returned to the warehouse during regular business hours by the second Wednesday following the auction close.
**Important Note:** Deadlines are firm and will not be extended for late pickups.

In case of emergencies preventing pickup, we offer as a courtesy extension fee-free until the following Wednesday- Tuesday or Wednesday 11:30-6 PM ONLY- Email all requests for extended pickup to Agent86help@gmail.com before the end of the published loadout timeframe. No phone calls or text messages will be accepted for extended pickup requests. Please note that the refund policy is not extended for late pickups.

Items must be returned by the 2nd Wednesday following the auction close. Failure To Follow This Policy Will VOID your refund.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction DOES NOT offer scheduled inspection dates. EMAIL the affiliate at Agent86help@gmail.com to schedule an inspection time upon request or schedule an appointment online from the details tab.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, check, or wire transfer. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change is required on cash payments.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be placed back on auction and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loadout times have passed. They can be held up to 5 days upon request from the bidder for a $50.00 holding fee (separate from a late pick-up fee). Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted via email- Agent86help@gmail.comby date and time listed in on the details section- Contact affiliate by email Agent86help@gmail.com. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Agent 86, contact us at Agent86help@gmail.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
