This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Email the affiliate at kctreasurenest@gmail.com or call us at 913-708-5211 to schedule an inspection time upon request.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. 

Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, certified check, wire, money order, Visa, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you have trouble scheduling, please feel free to call 913-708-5211. If you don't schedule, you will not be able to pick up your items and will be required to schedule the next available appointment time which will likely incur a wait time. Please bring a digital or hard copy of a paid iinvoice to pick up your item(s).

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items and no refunds will be given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. 

Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Treasure Nest, send us a copy of your tax-exempt paperwork at kctreasurenest@gmail.com BEFORE the auction closes. Otherwise, your card will be charged sales tax—no refunds will be given. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability: Treasure Nest's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Follow These Steps To Schedule Your Delivery, AFTER You Have Scheduled a Pickup Time on Equip-Bid's Website

Your pickup times must match for both the Bungii pickup and your scheduled pickup on Equip-Bid.com. Make sure you do the Equip-Bid scheduler FIRST, then schedule the Bungii pickup for the same time.

Step 1: OPEN THE BUNGII APP ON YOUR PHONE

Make sure your delivery meets the requirements: 1. The item(s) fit in 1 or 2 pickup trucks.2. The item(s) weigh less than 250lbs each.3. Your delivery is within 150 miles of the pickup location.

Step 2: ENTER YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

And double check that it's correct.

Step 3: CHOOSE 1 OR 2 DRIVERS/TRUCKS

1 = the customer helps unload at drop-off. 2 = the customer doesn't have to help.

 

 

 

 

Step 4: SCHEDULE A DELIVERY

Same-day, or anytime in the next five days.

Step 5: SET LOAD & UNLOAD TIME

Step 5: PICKUP & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Add all information about who the driver is dropping the item off. Include Lot Number and Bidder Number which is found on your invoice.
