Please note that we DO have a pallet jack and hand trucks for your use to load your items while you are here. It is your responsibility, as the bidder, to remove and load all items. We do not have staff to assist with loading and unloading at this time. We are not responsible for accidents, lost or damaged items left beyond scheduled removal times.
Due to the massive amount of volume, we sell we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but we cannot plug everything in and test for functionality.
The products we sell are online returns, overstock items, surplus inventory, in-store returns, delivery refusals, bulk volume sales, and sometimes things appear to be fine, but then don't work.
We are offering the 48-Hour Guarantee on all items in this sale (unless listed as open box or damaged)
What is the 48-Hour guarantee?
We are guaranteeing for functionality only, NOT for cosmetic condition, color, size, completeness/parts, etc. The buyer must contact us within 48 hours of pick-up time to make a claim, which can be done via email at admin@bargain-junction.com. After a claim is filed, the item needs to be returned to the seller within 5 business days. If the items are not returned within 5 business days, the guarantee is null and void, and no refunds will be given.
NOTE: This is NOT a sitewide policy. Other affiliates may or may not adopt the same policies as we do.
Please see a description below as to how items are listed.
Factory Sealed: New, in-box, never-used, original product in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Because we strive to inspect all items, if we open a box and the contents appear factory sealed, we will label it as such. Being “new,” we have not checked for function/internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave; otherwise, there is a 48-hour return policy.
Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected.
We inspect for the following:
Does not appear to have been pre-owned, the box may be damaged, however, MAJOR components/pieces are intact and functional. We cannot guarantee all hardware, accessories, manuals, controls, etc. are in the box, but we will do our best to note if we don’t see them. Hardware such as screws and bolts are generally available online or at a hardware store. You may test your item before you leave. If it does not work, you may return it for a full refund; otherwise, there is a 48-hour return policy.
Open Box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or dead-on arrival (DOA). We have not tested these items. As always, we will continue to do our best to describe what we see. Please use inspection time to preview and test open box items before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned; they are solid as-is.
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe/picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used/owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid but that was never put together or used. This could indicate a scratch or a dent, or the item could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our inspection hours. Damaged items cannot be returned; they are sold as-is.

WE ARE NOW REQUIRING THAT YOU USE THE SCHEDULER TO SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUPS, as there is not always someone at the auction house. If we know when you are coming, then we can make sure someone is there.
Inspection: This auction does offer inspections during our regular business hours, which are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. We don’t currently offer inspections on Saturdays.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged at 9:00 am the day following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items until payment is made, or you’ve made arrangements to pay in person at pickup. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of exact cash only. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash or a cashier’s check. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds your EquipBid account will be inactivated. Multiple instances of not paying on time for your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. If your account is inactivated, you will need to contact EquipBid directly to have your account reinstated.
Creating a new account is in violation of EquipBid policy and is subject to the rules set forth by their company and may be charged a fee of $50 up to and including being banned from further auctions.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please see Storage listed below. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you agree to be charged for all items in which you’ve placed a winning bid and agree to remove them from the auction location.
You will receive an invoice via email detailing all items in which you’ve placed a winning bid. You will then be able to pay your invoice from that email, or via your dashboard on EquipBid.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. All items will need to be picked up within 5 business days of the auctions closing or make arrangements with us via email at admin@bargain-junction.com (see Storage section below).
If we don’t hear from you within 5 business days, your items will be forfeited, and no refunds issued.
Storage: If you are bidding on other auctions, please call us within 5 days of that auction ending to let us know to hold your items. After 5 days, we will charge $5.00 per day storage fee, per auction, not per item. If we don't hear from you within 5 days of the auction ending, you will forfeit your items, and no refunds will be given. All storage fees are due in the form of cash the day of pickup.
You may contact us for a total balance due prior to picking up your items via email at admin@bargain-junction.com.
We will only hold 2 auctions at a time. If we don’t hear from you to arrange pick up within 5 days of the 2nd auction ending, you will forfeit your items, and no refunds will be given. It is the responsibility of the buyer to communicate with us and have your items picked up in a timely manner.
Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid within 48 hours of the auction's ending, which also includes items you may have made arrangements to pick up at a separate time.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to prior to bidding—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Bargain Junction, contact us at admin@bargain-junction.com.
Liability: Bargain Junction's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Shipping is not available for this auction. You may contact someone local to pick up item, and ship for you, however, at this time pick up during the scheduled load out times only. Please contact seller at phone number listed on auction if you have any questions.
Card on file will be charged at 9AM on the day after the sale. If you are tax exempt, you must contact us before then and provide the appropriate paperwork.
