All Items must be paid for 24 hours before loadout. Please check your credit card information to make sure it is up to date. Any items bid on, and won, in which payment has not been received by 8 am on the day of load out, will be offered to the next highest bidder.
Please SCHEDULE an appointment for picking up your items. This assists both the auction company, the homeowner and other bidders in making a smooth and easy load out. If you do not have an appointment, you will be assisted on a first come first served basis, with the persons with an appointment being assisted first.
If you are out of town and cannot pick up your items, Arrange to have someone else pick them up for you. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
All Items need to be picked up during the scheduled loadout. A $20 per day fee will be charged if items are not picked up on day of loadout.
Please bring help if you have won heavy or bulky items. The auction staff cannot assist you in removing your items from the auction site.
BRING the necessary tools to remove your items. Furniture dollys, screwdrivers etc.. are not provided by either the homeowner or the auction service on site.
Shoe covers will be required prior to entering the home to respect the homeowners property. YOU will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred in the home during the removal of your items. Compensation will be paid directly to the homeowner.
ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED LOAD OUT DAY WILL BE FORFEITED. If you are out of town and cannot pick up your items, arrange to have someone else pick them up for you. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

If you have an emergent situation, and the item can be loaded by one person ( ie, you have Covid or your children are sick) PLEASE TEXT US at 816.682.5670 or 816.277.9746 to make other arrangements for picking up your items. DO NOT COME TO THE LOADOUT IF YOU HAVE COVID.
We do not store heavy Items. If you bid and win it, you must pick it up during your scheduled pick up. Otherwise, your item will be donated at the homeowners discretion.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does not offer scheduled inspection dates. Send Text to 1-2 Another at (816) 682 5670 to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location with the exception of any arrangement previously agreed to by 1-2 Another (must be made within 24 hours of the auction closing). Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If 1-2 Another is required to transport any lot to another location for loadout, a $5.00/lot fee will be charged, which is to be paid by cash or PayPal at pick-up. No more than one (1) day storage is permitted in the event the Buyer has requested an alternative loadout location or time. Large items will not moved by 1-2Another for an alternate pick up, and must be claimed within 24 hours.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify 1-2 Another by email or phone no later than 10:00 am the day following the auction's close. In the event an item is not available for pick-up, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. After 24 hours past pick-up, 1-2 Another, Equip-Bid, and the Buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with 1-2 Another, contact us at 816.682.5670. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: 1-2 Another's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
No shipping is available on this auction.
If you are the High Bidder we will charge the credit card you have on file with Equip-Bid at the conclusion of the auction. Loadout appointments are made using your Dashboard at Equip-Bid.com, or by clicking through the section of your invoice that designates a way to schedule an appointment. If you fail to loadout your items during scheduled loadout time of this auction, and have not made other loadout arrangements, you will either forfeit the item, or pay a $5.00 per Lot special coordinated cash fee at the time of eventual pickup.
