ORDER PICKUP
Scheduled pickup appointments are required and must be scheduled through your invoice. Pickup reservations for this auction will be available:

Prior to the auction, bidder's who cannot pickup on the scheduled pickup day can request a pickup time later in the week (no pickups after Thursday, Sept 29 unless you arrange a time prior to the auction). On Thursday, Sept 29 all shelves are cleared to make room for future auctions (no refunds given for products that are not picked up).
Pickup System: Please park in our parking lot to the west of our building, and follow the signage to text the Fulfillment Team to retrieve your order. If we assist you with loading any products, Air Capital Auctions and it's team are not responsible for damage to products or vehicles. The Fulfillment team cannot load items larger than 50 pounds. Please bring help and be prepared to load these items.
PRODUCT CONDITION
The Product Listing Team strives to ensure that you have good information about each Air Capital Auctions lot listed in an auction. With approximately 3-4 minutes per product and the number of products reviewed each day, there are issues that our Product Listing Team will not catch. As a result, we are providing a 48-hour Guarantee for anything listed as Factory New and New / Like New. If we say it is factory sealed or new - we stand by that, and refund according. There is NO guarantee for items without a condition listed (considered Open Box), or conditions of Open Box, Pre-owned, Missing Parts, Damaged, etc. To request a refund, within 48 hours of receiving your order, you must submit a refund request.
The item must be returned, with all packaging intact, to Air Capital Auctions within 5 business days of the refund approval. Failure to return the product, packaging, and/or meeting the timelines described above will void any guarantee.
Appears Factory New/Sealed: Appears to have never been opened, still fully wrapped in packaging from the manufacturer. Item should be free of cosmetic defect and fully functional. Eligible for 48-Hour Guarantee.
Appears New / Like New Condition: Appears to be new or like new condition. May have minor cosmetic defects from shipping and handling, but will be fully functional. Eligible for 48-Hour Guarantee.
Open Box: Represents a wide variety of conditions (incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified, untested, could be fully functional or dead on arrival). Any lot without another condition listed is open box. We have not tested these items, and cannot provide a guarantee for cosmetic appearance or functionality. These deals are usually better, but there is more risk associated with purchasing if you do not preview the items during preview hours. Text if you have questions. Sold as-is (all sales of open box items are final).
Missing Parts: These items are NOT complete items. This could be missing one or more key components, hardware (nuts and bolts for assembly), or unknown item that the product listing team feels is incomplete. The missing parts can impact functionality. When the product listing team designates "Missing Parts", please review all photos closely for an accurate depiction of what is included. Sold as-is (all sales of missing parts items are final).
Damaged: These items have known damage. The Product Listing Team will do their best to describe / photograph the damage discovered. We do not test these items for functionality. Bidders are encouraged to preview damaged items during preview hours. Sold as-is (all sales of damaged items are final).
No product is fully manifested for parts or damage. With the number of lots handled by the Product Listing Team - we are unable to build every item, inspect every part, or count every nut/bolt. Bidders are responsible to use all photos and inspection periods to determine product condition prior to bidding.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Inspections are by appointment only. Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash—exact change required when making payment. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you show up without an appointment, you will be required to get on your phone and schedule the next available time, which may be 2-3 hours later. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be held for 72 hours. Any item not picked up by that time (72 hours following the auction conclusion) will be forfeited and ownership will revert to the seller with no refund given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Shipping: Shipping is not available for Air Capital Auction items. Refunds: If you receive an item that is listed as sold as-is, damaged, does not work, or missing pieces, it is NOT eligible for a refund. If an item is listed as new/like new or factory sealed, and it was not functional, you are eligible to apply for a refund. This refund policy references functionality and not cosmetic issues, appearance, etc. Any refund claim must be made in writing (text/email) within 48 hours of the pickup of the item. Items approved for refund must be returned to the warehouse (with all packaging in original condition) within 48 hours of the approval of your refund. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
