This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. All global site terms and conditions apply to this auction, which you agreed to in creating an account with Equip-Bid Auctions. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call the affiliate at 316-358-0686 to schedule an inspection time upon request or schedule an appointment online from the details tab. 

Please see Equip-Bid’s term and conditions (link above) for definitions of our product descriptions: Factory Sealed, Appears New, Open Box, and Damaged. “Parts Only” indicates that these items are NOT complete. They are sold as-is. This could be an item missing one or more key components, an item being only hardware, or an unknown item that we feel is incomplete. When an item is listed as "Parts Only," be sure to check the photos for an accurate depiction.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged by 8:00am the day following the auction's close. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, check, or wire transfer. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you are tax exempt or paying with cash, please contact us prior to the auction closing. 

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be placed back on auction and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loadout times have passed. They can be held up to 5 days upon request from the bidder for a $50.00 holding fee (separate from a late pick-up fee). Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. 

Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. We are guaranteeing for functionality only, NOT cosmetic condition, color, size, completeness / parts, etc. We are not responsible for wrong or mistaken bidding. Please ensure you read the descriptions thoroughly and look at all photos. We use factory and/or stock photos for representation purposes only.

We strongly encourage bidders to test each item prior to leaving the location to minimize any inconvenience that may occur. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s) and items must be returned within 5 business days of the refund request before a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Five Star Liquidators LLC, contact us at 316-358-0686. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
