We do not feel it is fair to have only one day to pick up your item(s). Therefore, if you win an item(s) on an auction and cannot pick up your items at the appointment times available, we will hold said item(s) until the following Saturday and/or Sunday.

Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we do not check for function / internal damage. Feel free to inspect before you leave - NO REFUNDS after leaving pick up location.
Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following:

Open Box Untested Unknown Condition: Items can be incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. We highly suggest you to study all pictures available as we do our best to picture any noticeable damage.
Parts Only: These items are NOT complete items and sold as is. This could be an item missing one or more key components, an item being only hardware, or an unknown item that we feel is incomplete. When an item is listed as 'Parts Only' be sure to check the photos for an accurate depiction of what the item is.
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe/picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used/owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent or could be totally broken. Call if you have questions. Damaged items cannot be returned, sold as is.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call the affiliate at 816-514-1351 to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, certified check, money order, Vis, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. Standard pick-up times (by appointment only) are Saturday 10:00 am-3:00 pm / Sunday 1:00-4:00 pm. Holidays may affect these hours.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, please text us at 816-514-1351 (preferred) or email us at joeycutsdeals@gmail.com BEFORE 8:00 am on Saturdays and 8:00 am on Sundays including your NAME and BIDDER ID. Sometimes voicemails do not come through, so please text us. Failure to do so will forfeit your items and no refund will be given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify the Equip-Bid office by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). Please contact the affiliate by phone at 816-379-3386 within this timeframe to request a refund. Items must be returned within 5 business days of a refund request before a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Joey Cuts Deals, contact us at 816-514-1351. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Joey Cuts Deals's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Your card on file will be processed the following morning by 9am after winning an auction.
