Welcome!! We have some great items in this auction, if you would like to visually inspect the items, you may do so by scheduling an appointment, we highly recommend you do so.
Load outs- Please use the scheduler! If you can not make it to the load out day/time, Please contact Rachel the day the auction is ending. (816) 510-1094 Text or call. Friday night's auction must be picked up on the following Saturday. Park by double doors, come inside and get checked in, if bought from multiple auctions please bring invoices, or show us invoices on phone, Thank you!
Payment- your credit card on file will be charged after the auction has ended.
Location- The address for the location is correct, we share a building with a mechanic, please park close to our double doors.
Shipping- we do not offer shipping at this time. But feel free to have someone you trust to pick your items up for you, we will require the bidder name, number and invoice.
Refunds- Items marked “Damaged”, “Open Box”, will not be refunded. Please use a scheduler to view / inspect items.
Reschedule Pick up Day/time- If using the scheduler to pick up items, appointments may not be canceled! If you are unable to make it the day after the auction has ended please contact Rachel, we will be more than happy to set you up a new day and time to pick up.
Communication- If you are wanting to reschedule, please do so by contacting Rachel. If items have not been claimed by the last day of the 7 day hold, they will be forfeited!! Contact Rachel before the seventh day, not the 8th…calling on the last day does not extend your hold date.
Items not paid for the following day after auction has ended, will be forfeited and resold in the next auction.
We do not have the space to store items, please use a scheduler to make an appointment to pick your items up, after 7 days the item will be forfeited and resold in the next auction.
Items not picked up by the appointment, or “rescheduled day and time”, will be forfeited and resold in the next auction, you will not be compensated.

- we share building with a tire shop, please park on our side near the double doors
-Bring your printed invoice (or) have your bidder ID and auction close date ready.
-If your item is large, more than 100 lbs please bring additional help to load
- Contact us to schedule an appointment for inspection of items before the auction ends.
Levels of Product:
Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave.
Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following:
Does not appear to have been pre-owned
Item is complete enough to run / work as needed
Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional
You may test your item before you leave, if it does not work, you may return it for full refund BEFORE you leave the pick up location. No refunds after you leave.
Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions.
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions Damaged items can not be returned, sold as is.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call the affiliate to schedule an inspection time upon request or schedule an appointment online from the details tab.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location. This affiliate accepts only cash onsite. However, invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. Please call, text, or email the affiliate for more information about picking up from multiple auctions at one time.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be placed back on auction and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loadout times have passed. Items can be held for up to 5 days upon request from the bidder with a $50 holding fee. This fee is separate from a late pick-up fee. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Please contact the affiliate by phone within 3 days of pick-up to request a refund. Items must be returned within 2 business days of refund request before a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with T.O.P. Auctions, contact us at TopAuction2021@gmail.com or 816-510-1094. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
