Prior to the auction, bidder's who cannot pickup on the scheduled pickup day can request a pickup time later in the week (no pickups after Saturday, May 28th unless you arrange a time prior to the auction).

This is an “Open Box” auction, and as such each lot may be any of the following conditions:
No product is fully manifested for parts or damage. Any item found to be damaged or missing parts during our intake process will always be described as damaged, with a photo and/or description of the damage we discovered. However, we do not fully view or not all damage or all missing parts. With the number of product photographed, listed and sold each week - we are unable to inspect every item or count every part. Bidders are responsible to use all photos and inspection periods to determine product condition prior to bidding.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Inspections are by appointment only.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash—exact change required when making payment. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change required on cash payments.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you show up without an appointment, you will be required to get on your phone and schedule the next available time, which may be 2-3 hours later.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be held thorugh the end of the week. Any item not picked up by Saturday of the week the auction closed (Saturday of the following week for Friday/Saturday auctions) will be forfeited and ownership will revert to the seller with no refund given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: Shipping is not available for Air Capital Auction items.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. This refund policy references functionality and not cosmetic issues, appearance, etc. Any refund claim must be made in writing (text/email) within 48 hours of the pickup of the item. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
