We are Not Responsible For WRONG or MISTAKEN BIDDING! Once you bid, that is a binding Agreement. If you win, That item belongs to you! 

We Offer Inspection Time for Every Auction so just contact us if you want to inspect an item prior to bidding! Once the Auction closes the ITEM IS YOURS.

Once you win a bid There are NO RETURNS OFFERED!!!

We list Multiple Auctions every week. If you want to bid on more than one auction and pick up all at once, Please let us know!

The items you win MUST BE PICKED UP BY ON THE LOADOUT DAY LISTED. If you FAIL to pick up your item/items within that time, we will consider those item/items abandoned. Ownership will then revert back to the  party with primary interest and to sell or dispose of as they see fit! NO EXCEPTIONS! If you need a little more time please notify us so we can mark your invoice and make arrangements! ANY funds paid are forfeit to satisfy terms of sale. NO CHARGEBACKS and NO REFUNDS!

 -All Credit Cards will be Processed as soon as the Auction Ends! If you are Tax Exempt, or want to pay with cash, Notify Justin at 816-769-8919. If your Card is DECLINED and your items have not been paid for by the time the Original Loadout Ends, You will Be disabled from bidding on any Further Auctions.

Online bidding is a great way to catch a great deal and TLA is here to assist.  We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all items and their parts.  We are not experts with each product.  Bidding is an intent to purchase.  You are legally bound to pay for items you’ve won and pick up items on pick up days.  No refunds will be given. 

MOST OF THE ITEMS UP FOR AUCTION ARE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER RETURN, DAMAGED FREIGHT, OVERSTOCK, ETC. SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO OUR BEST TO TAKE PICTURES AND INSPECT EACH ITEM BUT THERE MAY BE PARTS MISSING OR DAMAGE TO THE ITEM. ALL ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED OPEN BOX AND UNTESTED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO RETURNS!

Winning Bidder’s:

• Your credit card on file will be processed by 9am CST after the close of the auction. 

• You can pay for items, view/print your invoice, view pick up times from the Dashboard page.

• All items will be held for 7 days, unless other arrangements have been made.  After the 7 days the items will be considered abandoned and available for resale.  No refund will be given. 

• All items are Sold As-Is.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to remove all items without causing damage.

Item Descriptions:

• Factory Sealed - Uninspected Item: These items are still in factory packaging and do not show any obvious signs of damage to the packaging. These Items have not been removed from factory packaging by TLA for complete inspection.

• See Photos for Condition: The stock photo for this item, may not show the exact color, or design of the item, or the item may have specific features or issues of which the buyer should be aware.

• Unboxed - as is: These items are not in factory packaging and completeness of items or sets has not been verified. The lot includes only components shown in attached photos.

• Used Item: Item has been used by a previous owner

• Damaged or Incomplete: These typically indicate either scratch and dent items, or items missing some components with which it was originally marketed.

• Open Box - Untested Item: The item has been previously opened. It has been inspected for visual defects or damage, but has not been used or tested for functionality by TLA

• Buyer's premium of 15% will be applied by Equip-bid to the winning bid for each auction item. 

**We will make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each product.  Any stock or factory photos we use are for representation only and may not be exact. 

Removal Policy:

• All items must be picked up on the specified pick up day, any items not picked up on the loadout day will be forfeited by buyer and resold unless other arrangements have been made. Please feel free to contact us at (816) 769-8919.

• Our staff works diligently to open and accurately photograph all items listed in the auction. All items should be considered "open box, untested". We do not plug in, assemble, or turn-on items for sale, unless specifically indicated. We show what we know about each item. Please call to schedule an inspection if you would like to test or view a product prior to bidding. 

• All Auction Sales are Final at close of auction. Please address any questions or concerns to the # below prior to bidding if you are unsure about an item.
