Please Pick up items on load out day. We cant express this enough! We are very busy running jobs on days not on load out day so we are not sure exactly when we will be back in the store, however you can always pick up the following load out day if needed as long as you call and make arrangements on actual loadout day or before. If you contact us after load out day you may have forfeited your item(s). We are moving lots of items and cannot keep track of previous items unfortunately.
Please make sure all credit cards on file are up to date with correct information.
Please pay your invoice as soon as auction ends, invoices are generated when the very last item closes so you will have to check back after auction closes to see invoice.
We will process all invoices by midnight from now on, if you wish to pay cash you MUST call or text before auction ends to arrange cash payment, otherwise all will be processed on cards unless we know you are a cash buyer.
No shows and non payments will be banned from bidding on equip bid
