New and ready to go in service. Cool quick stowaway removable handle with spring loaded pin lock to hold the cable and load in place with detent on the Black powder coated housing and gear tooth guard. Easy unload with the handle as you back your load off with the high leverage handle. Large 4-1/4" cable spool that will handle 20-25 foot of cable and it looks like it's 5-1 gear reduction ratio. Includes the cable or rope clamp. You’ll have to furnish your cable. The handle is about 10" long, mounting plate is 5-1/4" X 3-1/2" and overall width is 5-1/2"
