Read below for pick up terms, regulations, and descriptions.
Pick-up: Pick up times are listed on each auction, Monday- Friday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM-1:00PM. Any items that are not picked up within 7 days of the auction's closing date will return to Integrity Auctions’ inventory with no refund. Please reach out to management for unforeseen circumstances to see if arrangements can be made.
Item Description Guide:
Opened Box/Untested/Unknown Condition: Item appears to be in new or gently used condition. If, upon pick up the item does not work, the buyer may return the item for a full refund before leaving the pick up location.
Damaged See Additional Photos: These items have known/seen damage. We will do our best to picture and describe all of the damage seen. We do not test for functionality. Damages could include scratched, dented, or broken. Items listed as damaged are not eligible for refund.
*Please note that stock photos are there for display purposes only, they may not dictate the exact item for sale. Purchasing should be based on the photos of the actual item as stock photos may vary. Any Retail pricing may vary on different sites, research pricing at your own discretion.
Inspection: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do our best to take photos of any damaged items and describe it to the best of our ability. We do not test for functionality. We do not assemble items, therefore would be unaware if there are missing pieces. If you are interested in inspecting an item management must be contacted to schedule an appointment with a four hour notice. No after hour or weekend appointments are available.
Scheduling an appointment for pick up is an option we provide to our customers as a convenient, fast, and efficient service. It is not something we will require but we will not have items available for pick up prior to 1pm unless otherwise stated or arranged with the customer.
Further, inspecting an item is not required before your scheduled pickup. **Please note, that when you inspect the item(s) they will not be available for pickup during the inspection. As stated previously, pickups are available from 1pm the day after the auction closes. **
Multi-Auction Pickup Days:
If you have purchased from multiple auctions throughout the week and would like to pick them up all together on one day you may do so. Items will not be held for longer than 7 days. Items left for more than 7 days will return to inventory with no refund. Please let pick up staff know all the items you are picking up.
Example: You have purchased an item on a Tuesday bid that listed Wednesday as a pick up but you also bought an item on a Wednesday bid for a Thursday pick up, you may wait to pick up both items on Thursday.
BUNGII Shipping
Scheduling:
Pick Up – Bungii provides a competitive way for our customers to schedule a pickup of their items and have them delivered straight to their home! Bungii can deliver to areas that are 150 miles from our location. Bungii is a phone application that can be downloaded from the Apple or Android store. However, there is the ability to use a computer desktop to schedule deliveries.
***IMPORTANT*** When scheduling Bungii pick up times for delivery, only select a pickup time that matches our pickup hours as follows:
Mon- Thursday 1pm-5 pm
Friday 1pm-6pm
Saturday 10-1
Scheduling outside of those times will result in the bidder’s items not being picked up for delivery. Integrity Auctions will not be held responsible for any fees paid to Bungii or for refunding items that were not scheduled during our pickup hours.
Refunds:
By choosing Bungii delivery as an option the bidder is accepting the fact, they are giving up their opportunity to inspect upon pickup. When the item has left the Integrity Auctions business property, they are no longer eligible for a refund as stated above. (Please read section...for further understanding)
The bidder will still need to follow the same 7-day protocol to ensure that their items are not removed from the shelf and placed back into inventory rotation.
Upon scheduling a Bungii delivery please email Integrityauctionskc@gmail.com with the auctions closing date, your bidder number, and the scheduled pick-up time for us to be properly prepared with this new service.
