Due to the amount of volume we sell, we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but we cannot plug everything in and test for functionality.
The products we sell are online returns, overstock items, surplus inventory, in-store returns, delivery refusals, bulk volume sales, and sometimes things appear to be fine, but then don’t work. . . therefore
We are offering the 48 Hour Guarantee on all items in this sale (unless listed as damaged or incomplete)
What is the 48-hour guarantee?
• We are guaranteeing for functionality only. NOT cosmetic condition, color, size, completeness / parts, etc.
• Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of pick up time to make claim. (after 48 hours, no refund)
• After claim is filed, Item needs to be returned to seller within 3 business days.
• After 3 business days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given.

pick up day is: Monday 11/15/2021 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM After the auction has ended, login to your dashboard and select your assigned pick up time. You must pick up your items during your assigned pick up time! Pickup location is 1700 Iron St Kansas City Mo, 64116 We Share a location with multiple other companies. When you arrive there will be someone waiting at the dock to collect your bidder information and direct you if needed. Please do not enter the building without permission as we are not the only company that works from this location. LOOK FOR THE EQUIP BID SIGN
When scheduling a time to pick up your winning auction, you are agreeing to be held liable for arriving to our pick-up location within your scheduled time window. If you are unable to pick up your item within your scheduled time, you must schedule a time to pickup the item within 2 business days otherwise the item will no longer be available to you and a refund will not be issued. (This is due to limited space and is non negotiable)

If you are tax exempt, call / text at 816.647.4006 before 9:00 a.m. to let us know. Your card will be charged unless we know beforehand.
We use an online scheduler for pick up.
After you receive your invoice, at the top of the invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up times.
If you fail to schedule a time during the time listed, there will be a $15 re-schedule fee - Our system will not allow random scheduling times / days. It must be on the day scheduled. For example, you could pay $1.00 for an item and then if you do not show up your item will then cost $16.00. Please show up during our load out times.
Merchandise not picked up during the removal timeframe, will be subject to Storage fees. Any items not picked up within 3 business days, will be considered abandoned and re-shelved.
Shipping is not available for this auction. You may contact someone local to pick up item, and ship for you, however, at this time pick up during the scheduled load out times only. Please contact seller at phone number listed on auction if you have any questions.
