BUFOBULK - RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE AGREEING

I agree that I have purchased these items AS IS, WHERE IS. 

PAYMENTS: 

No Cash - Credit Card on File Only – Make sure your invoice reads PAID before coming to pick up your items.

Your card on file will be charged 9:00 a.m. the morning following the sale. 

If you are tax exempt, call / text at 816.647.4006 before 9:00 a.m. to let us know.  Your card will be charged unless we know beforehand.

WINNING BID MERCHANDISE PICK UP:

We use an online scheduler for pick up.

After you receive your invoice, at the top of the invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up times.

If you fail to schedule a time during the time listed, there will be a $15 re-schedule fee - Our system will not allow random scheduling times / days. It must be on the day scheduled.  For example, you could pay $1.00 for an item and then if you do not show up your item will then cost $16.00.  Please show up during our load out times.

• Select a time, and then be there during that time. 

• If you don't schedule, you won't be able to pick up.     
• If you show up without an appointment, you will be required to get on your cell phone, and schedule next available time, which could be 2-3 hours later, so please do it before you get there.
• If you cannot make load out during scheduled time, call before you bid to see if we can make arrangements

3 DAYS:

Merchandise not picked up during the removal timeframe, will be subject to Storage fees.  Any items not picked up within 3 business days, will be considered abandoned and re-shelved.
