Description: This 15.3 cu. in. new or remodel ceiling fan brace with a 1 1/2 in. box allows you to safely install your ceiling fan or lighting fixture without having to access attic space. Ideal for installation during new construction or remodeling, this mounting brace can be put into finished ceilings through a 4 in. hole. This brace works with all ceiling fans, so you do not have to worry about size or compatibility. The brace's multiple teeth easily insert and lock into the ceiling joists, its threaded twin lead screw adjusts quickly and its hex tube allows for easy turning. For added ease, the electrical box can be positioned anywhere on the brace to fit your project needs. The brace works with existing ceiling joists between 16 in. and 24 in. wide. The Ceiling Fan Brace comes with everything you need for installation, including easy to follow instructions. UL listed to support lighting fixtures 150 lbs. or less on 16 in. centers and 50 lbs. or less on 24 in. centers; supports fans 70 lbs. or less.

IF YOU FAIL TO SCHEDULE A TIME DURING THE TIME LISTED, THERE WILL BE A $15 RESCHEDULE FEE - Our system will not allow random scheduling / days. It must be on the day scheduled.  So please don't be mad at us if you pay $1 for an item and then don't show up and have to pay $15 to get your item.  Please show up during our load out times.

We have gone to an online scheduled pick up only.  After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up times.

Select a time, and then be there during that time.  If you don't schedule, you won't be able to pick up.     If you show up with out appointment, you will be required to get on your cell phone, and schedule next available time, it may be 2-3 hours later, so please do it before you get there.

Your card on file will be charged 9:00 a.m. the following morning after the sale, if you are  tax exempt, call / text at 816-255-0833 before 9:00 .a.m. to let me know, or card will be charged. If you can not make load out during scheduled time, call BEFORE you bid to see if we can make arrangements.
