This pair is actually made to go in the windshield washer nozzle "Squirter" holes and then has a hot wire and ground wire to hook up to any 12-volt power source. The stud is hollow and has a hose barb built on the bottom to hook up to your washer hoses. This pair comes with the anchor nuts, washers and plastic insulators. Sorry, no shipping on any of these items. We will hold all of your Paid For items for up to 3 weeks for you to pick them up. We always help load out if you need it and will set up an appointment if you can't make it on a Wednesday night for our pick ups.
