AUCTION CLOSING:
Sunday, September 13, 2026 – Starts Closing at 8:00 PM

REMOVAL / PICKUP:
Monday, September 14, 2026 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Please read these terms before bidding. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the following terms and conditions.

ITEM CONDITION & DESCRIPTIONS

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

We do our best to provide useful photos and information, but we are not experts on every item we sell. Photos are considered an important part of each item's description and should be reviewed carefully before bidding.

Lot titles and written descriptions are provided for identification, convenience, and occasionally entertainment. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for reviewing all photographs.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, items should be considered untested and condition unknown. If we state that an item powers on, works, or was tested, that statement only reflects what we observed at the time of testing and is not a guarantee of future performance.

Measurements, model numbers, dates, quantities, completeness, authenticity, and other information are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

Please bid based on what you can see in the photos and the information provided. If something is important to your decision to bid, contact us before bidding.

BIDDING

ALL BIDS ARE BINDING.

By placing a bid, you are entering into an agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.

Please review your bid carefully before submitting it. Accidental bids, failure to read the description, failure to review photos, or changing your mind after the auction closes do not relieve you of your obligation to pay for an item.

Bidders are responsible for understanding the auction platform's bidding process, including any applicable soft-close or automatic extension features.

PAYMENT

Invoices will be processed at the close of the auction using the card on file with the auction platform.

Please make sure your payment information is current and sufficient funds are available.

Cash payment at pickup is also welcome when permitted by the auction platform and arranged appropriately.

Any applicable buyer's premium, sales tax, or other auction-platform charges will be added to the winning bid in accordance with the auction listing and platform terms.

Items will not be released until payment requirements have been satisfied.

PICKUP / REMOVAL

Pickup is Monday, September 14 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their purchases during the scheduled removal period.

If you cannot make the scheduled pickup, contact us before the end of the scheduled removal period to make other arrangements. Alternate pickup arrangements are not guaranteed.

Please bring any help, tools, boxes, packing materials, straps, dollies, trailers, or equipment necessary to safely remove your purchases. Unless specifically arranged in advance, auction staff are not responsible for loading, disassembly, or securing items for transportation.

Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or other merchandise while removing their purchases.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP

Items remaining after the scheduled pickup without prior arrangements are subject to a $20 per day storage fee.

Items not picked up within 7 days without approved arrangements may be considered abandoned and may become property of The Evidence Locker, without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law and auction-platform rules.

Payment for an item does not eliminate the buyer's responsibility to pick it up within the required timeframe.

SHIPPING

WE ARE HAPPY TO SHIP MOST REASONABLY SIZED ITEMS!

The buyer is responsible for:

• Actual shipping charges

• Packing materials, when applicable

• A $5 packing & handling fee per package

Shipping charges are collected separately from the auction invoice.

Please allow up to 3 business days after the auction closes for shipping quotes, packing, and processing.

Not every item can be shipped. Large, heavy, fragile, hazardous, restricted, or unusually difficult items may be pickup-only.

If you require shipping and are unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before bidding.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit are subject to the carrier's policies and applicable shipping insurance.

LOT CONTENTS

Unless specifically stated otherwise, only the item or items shown as part of the lot are included. Background objects, shelving, tables, displays, props, or other merchandise visible in photographs may not be included.

Buyers should review all photos to determine what is included and the apparent condition of the lot.

ELECTRONICS, TOOLS & MECHANICAL ITEMS

Unless specifically stated otherwise, electronics, appliances, tools, vehicles, equipment, and other mechanical items are sold untested and with unknown operating condition.

A statement such as "powers on" means only that the item powered on when briefly tested. It does not mean every feature, component, function, battery, accessory, or system was tested or is guaranteed to operate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Because auction merchandise is sold as-is and bidders have the opportunity to review photographs and ask questions before bidding, returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits are generally not offered.

If you believe there has been a significant error involving your purchase, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the bidder's responsibility to:

• Read these auction terms.

• Review all photographs.

• Read the lot information.

• Ask questions before bidding.

• Verify that pickup or shipping arrangements will work for them.

• Pay for and remove all items they win.
