Auction Details (Payments, Load Out, Product Conditions & REWARDS PROGRAM):
Payments: Your credit card on file will be charged your invoiced amount at 8:00 AM the morning after the sale has closed. If you are purchasing for a tax exempt organization, call 816-793-0079 before 8:00 AM to let me know. Otherwise, your card will be charged the amount shown on your invoice.
Item Load Out: If you can not make load out during the scheduled time, call BEFORE you bid to see if we can make arrangements for an alternate load out time.
We have gone to an online scheduled pick up only. After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up. Select a time, and then be there during that time. If you don't schedule a time, you won't be able to pick up.
IF YOU FAIL TO SCHEDULE A TIME DURING THE TIME LISTED, THERE WILL BE A $15 RESCHEDULE FEE - Our system will not allow random scheduling / days. It must be on the day scheduled. Please show up during the load out time you selected.
If you show up without an appointment, you will be required to get on your cell phone, and schedule the next available time. It may be 2-3 hours later, so please do it before you get there.
SCHEDULED LOAD OUT: Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM
NOTE: If items are not picked up within 7 days, they will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale. No refunds on items not picked up as scheduled.
Product Condition Categories:
Factory Sealed: NEW in box, never used, original product, in original box. Looks as if it’s been plucked right off the store shelf.
Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. Item advertised and purchased as new, but may have damage to the packaging. Box may be damaged, however, internal contents should be functional. However, items have not been inspected for contents or functionality. See pictures of each item for details. It may, or may not, be in the original box. Items should work as expected and do not appear to have been pre-owned. You are invited to use the auction’s scheduled inspection time to preview the items in person before bidding.
Open Box: “Open Box” represents several possible conditions, including incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or not functioning, albeit with no visible damage. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions.
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions. No refunds on damaged items - items sold as is.
Note regarding “Appears New” & “Open Box” condition categories: You may test your item before you leave. If it does not work, you may return it for full refund BEFORE you leave the pick up location. No refunds after you leave.
Rewards Program: We are excited to offer our customers a Customer Cash Rewards Program to thank you for your business. For every $50 you spend with Pennies for Gold, (hammer price - not including taxes and buyer’s premium), you will receive a $5 credit in the rewards program. After you accumulate at least $50 in rewards, you are eligible to “cash in.” And that’s exactly what you’ll get:

However, you don’t have to cash in after $50 if you don’t want to. You can keep accumulating those funds until you decide you want to cash in. Save up enough so you can throw it down and roll around in it if you want - the choice is yours :)
Please Note: We will keep track of your Customer Cash Rewards Program progress on a punch card kept in our office (You are also able to check your rewards progress through your invoices in your equip-bid.com account). You will receive the credit for your purchase each week at your load-out appointment. When signing for your items, your rewards card will be punched the appropriate amount. At your next load-out appointment, you will receive your CASH REWARD!
For instance, if you earn your Cash Reward after purchases in your third load out, you will receive your Cash Reward when you come pick up at your fourth load out. But don’t worry - no matter how many punches you’ve received or load outs you’ve had, once you fill up one Customer Cash Rewards Program Punch Card, we will immediately start you on another one so you’ll never miss out on any rewards. And it’s totally up to you when you want to CASH IN! $$$
