We take the safety and security of our bidders and employees very seriously, and wanted to share some of the things we are doing at our locations.
Very few touch points with product - it gets pictured, sits for several days, and then loaded out.
Spreading out our pick up location - please keep a recommended social distance of 6' from all guests.
At Retail Wars - just come to the dock doors, we will "sign" you out (so 100 people are not handling same pen) and bring your items to dock / car.
Cleaning door handles / tables multiple times / day.
Gloves are used by employees, and available for our bidders if you want.
PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE IF PAYING CASH - We WILL NOT be making change moving forward- we prefer - pay online.
We know online sales will be increasing, we will do our best to keep you all safe and secure - Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
