Auction Preview / Pick-up / Load-Out
All Materials are loaded out with a forklift, (if) trailer is equipped with side rails that are permanent, and material cannot be set onto the trailer, we reserve the right to refuse loading. This is done for safety of handling loads properly and not damaging the product.
No exceptions.
We will not be responsible for any damage that (may) occur during load out(s).
-Please bring the correct trailer for what you are purchasing and amount of weight you will be carrying. We do not assist in securing your cargo, that is your responsibility.
Some items will not be put together: Scooters, Golf Carts, Mini Golf Carts, Tuk Tuks, etc. We will strive to put some of the units together but please be aware that you may be picking up just the item in shipping condition and may have to put together fully or partially yourself. We do offer a paid assembly for Golf Carts, Scooters or Tuk Tuks for 500.00 per unit. But, if you want assembly, it would likely be after the designated load out/pick up dates as we would need time to assemble. We can even deliver assembled if needed for an additional delivery charge noted in Shipping.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. See inspection dates and times below and call the affiliate at 305-790-4400 to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Equip-Bid. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:
- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.
- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Equip-Bid.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.
Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Oz Deals, contact us at support@equip-bid.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Equip-Bid and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid
