24 Hour Functional Guarantee – within 24 Hours you may return the item for Functionality Defects only, no other reason. At Stand Brave we are interested in customer satisfaction on every purchase. The item must returned to the warehouse prior to the refund being issued.
We are Not Responsible For WRONG or MISTAKEN BIDDING! Once you bid, that is a binding Agreement. If you win, The item belongs to you.
We Will Hold your items For 3 Days maximum. To qualify you must contact us prior to the expiration of the standard posted load out schedule. Next, you need to set up a pick up day and time by text message at the instructions at the top of this page. Lastly, if you FAIL to pick up your items at the approved date and time (w/in the 3 days), we will consider those items abandoned. Ownership will then revert back to the part with the primary interest and to sell or dispose of them as they see fit. NO EXCEPTIONS. ANY funds paid are forfeited to satisfy terms of sale. NO CHARGEBACKS and NO REFUNDS.
-All Credit Cards will be Processed as soon as the Auction Ends! If you are Tax Exempt, or want to pay with cash, Notify Scott at Standbravescott@gmail.com. If your Card is DECLINED and your items have not been paid for by the time the Original Loadout Ends you can pay cash for you item at time of pick up but no change will be available.
Shipping – Metro Courier 316-522-8008
You can arrange your own shipping through Metro Courier based in Wichita. They will ship to almost any city in Kansas (extreme Western Kansas may not be eligible near Colorado border). General overview of rates are approximately $20 for any box under 40 lbs and approximately $7.50 for each additional box under 40 lbs.
If you win an auction item/items contact Metro Courier to set up shipping and get specific cost. You will pay Metro Courier for shipping and Metro Courier will pick it up at our warehouse once you have arranged all the details.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call the affiliate at 316-640-4364 to schedule an inspection appointment upon request within the times listed below.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you need to change your pick-up time, please text the Loadout Specialist at 316-640-4364 including your bidder number, original scheduled pick-up time, and the new time request.
If you fail to pick up your won items within 3 days of your original loadout day, your items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and it is not shown on your invoice page, please contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. We offer a "24-hour functional guarantee." This means you may return the item for functional defects only within 24 hours of pick-up. The item must be returned to the warehouse prior to the refund being issued. For items marked Appears New, you may test your item BEFORE you leave the pick-up location. If it does not work on location, you may return it for a full refund. Otherwise, no other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Stand Brave Wichita LLC, contact us at 314-497-4169. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Stand Brave Wichita LLC's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
