2. Please make sure your card on file is able to process at the end of the auction.
3. All invoices will be processed at the end of auction
4. If you prefer to pay cash at pick up that is totoally fine.
5. If you cannot make load out times please do not bid or contact us for other arrangements
6. If you bid on an item you are entering a legal binding contract to pay for your invoice
7. If you do not pick up your items you may lose them if no arrangements have been made
8. We will hold your items for 7 days after auction ends but a $20 per day fee will occure until picked, after 7 days the items become the property of the Evidence Locker 
9. If you need a item shipped please contact us in advance before bidding. Certain items will not qualify for shipping if to large
