By placing a bid, you are entering a legally binding agreement and agree to all terms below.

BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES & AGREES WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND BINDING
• 18% Buyer’s Premium added to all invoices
• Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS — no refunds or returns
• Seller offers up to 10 days to pickup, HOWEVER, & pickup ARRANGMENTS must be made within 3 DAYS of auction close.  Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close
• If you do not communicate within 3 days, we may charge the payment method on file
• Abandoned Items: Bidder Acknowledges the following: Items not picked up or scheduled within 30 days are considered ABANDONED and NON-REFUNDABLE.  Anything scheduled past 30 days must be sumbitted in writting to sean@bestdealintown.com
• In the event that a refund is offered, refund will only cover sale price + any sales taxes paid.  Under no circumstance will Buyer's Premium be refunded.

Bidding & Item Conditions

• All bids are a commitment to purchase.
• Descriptions are provided as a guide only, it is bidder's responsibililty to preview prior to bidding.
• Items are sold As Is, no refunds.
• While we strive for accuracy, minor errors do not void a sale.
• It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is strongly encouraged.

Equipment Fluids & Lubrication Disclaimer

Buyers acknowledge that all equipment is sold AS-IS and may require inspection, maintenance, or servicing prior to operation. Fluid levels, including but not limited to engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, fuel, transmission fluid, gear oil, grease, and other lubricants, may be low, depleted, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for operation. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting, replenishing, and maintaining all required fluids and lubricants before operating any equipment. Operation of equipment without proper inspection and maintenance is at the buyer's sole risk. Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, quantity, or suitability of any fluids or lubricants present in the equipment at the time of sale.


Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all equipment prior to startup, loading, transport, or operation. Any damage resulting from failure to properly inspect, service, or maintain equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Terms & Timing

• Payment arrangements MUST be scheduled within 3 days of auction close.
• Failure to communicate within 3 days authorizes the auction company to charge the payment method on file.

Invoices under $2,000:
Credit card accepted (message seller to process)

Invoices over $2,000:

• Cash
• Cashier’s check
• Wire transfer (message seller for instructions)

No personal checks accepted.
