ORDER  REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS - 

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Bidding for Deals LLC auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Payment must be submitted or in cash In order to pick up your won items.

If you fail to pick up your won items within the pickup timeframe listed on the Details tab, the items will be forfeited and ownership will revert to the seller with no refund given.  Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Pickup Days/Times:Pick-Up Times are subject to change, Please check the schedule for this auction Closed for Holidays, Bidders are allotted two (2) pickup days after the auction close date to pick-up items. (TUESDAY 11AM-6PM-SATURDAY 9AM-1PM)

No Courier Pickups Allowed:Bidding for Deals does not permit any courier service to pickup products. This does not apply to spouses, family and friends who pickup items and are personally known by you as a bidder. Bidding for Deals reserves the right to request government issued ID and to see the card that was used to pay for the invoice.  Please expect to produce these items for any large purchases if you are not a regular Bidding for Deals bidder.

Missing Items:With selling 1000+ items a month, occasionally we are unable to locate an item. We will always have multiple team members looking for every item, but from time-to-time products still elude us. We reserve the right to continue to look for the item for 2 business days. If the item is found, the item will be held for up to two weeks for the buyer to return to the warehouse to pick up on any standard pickup day/time. No, we do not pay for your time or gas, but we are happy to hold the item as mentioned for up to two weeks. If the item is not found, you will receive a full refund for the item.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Please bring your own help to remove items from the lot, and to help load items into vehicles, Please DO NOT rely on Biding for deals members to help load and remove items, they will bring the item to you but that is all.  

Shipping:Shipping is not available for any items sold by Bidding for Deals.

All items are considered to be "Open Box".   Our product listing team will make every effort to document the condition through pictures and/or descriptions.  Ultimately, we know we are imperfect and, with the number of products listed, there will occasionally be items that need to be returned. 

Return Eligible:Unless the lot description specifically says "Sold As-Is" - every item that is listed is eligible for a full return. This includes the hammer price, sales tax, handling fee, and buyer's premium paid on the invoice for the item being returned. Eligible items may qualify for a full return if they are non-functional. (If an inspection date is scheduled and the buyer fails to attend, a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from any applicable refund.) What is not included in returns; Buyer's remorse, cosmetic issues (dents/dings/prior ownership), Missing pieces that are sold or could be purchased separately, color or size preferences and other reasons are not included in the product guarantee. This refund policy is subject to change at any point without prior notice.

Missing Parts, Damaged, Signs of prior ownership, Sold as-is:All sales are final - no refunds, Sold as-is. For items marked as Sold As-Is, there may be additional defects or missing parts that are not known to the seller. 

All return requests must be made by completing our return request form within 48-hours of pickup to (Biddingfordeals@gmail.com).  Items that are only missing hardware (bolts, screws, etc. that can be replaced by a trip to the hardware store or ordered) are excluded from refunds.  Approval for return will be sent via email. 

Return Window:We only have 2 weeks from the close of an auction to process all refunds. After that time, we are unable to assist with a refund - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!

GENERAL TERMS 

Handling Surcharge:An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs. Any item with a Starting bid higher than $1.00 will be Excluded from handling fee.

Stock photos:Stock photos are for example purposes only. All bids should be based off of the actual product photos, not the stock photo.

Inspection:This auction does not offer scheduled inspection dates. Unless stated otherwise in the TITLE OR LOT INFO. 

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash—exact change or Rounded up (0.50 - $1)  is required when making payment. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash or a cashier's check. Exact change or Rounded up is required on cash payments (no cash/change is kept onsite).

Tax-Exempt Purchases:All tax exempt purchasers must notify Bidding for deals llc. and provide current Reseller's certificates from the state of Kansas. Bidders must immediately notify Bidding for deals llc if the tax status changes, and bidders are responsible to remit taxes if they fail to pay taxes to Bidding for deals, but they are legally responsible to pay tax on a purchase. For tax exempt bidders, please send documentation to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com and include your name and bidder number for tax to be removed from future invoices. It will not be removed from past/prior invoices.

Liability:Bidding for deals llc its member's and employee's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

User Information:By bidding on this auction, you are becoming an Bidding for deals customer. Bidding for deals llc is a distinct company from Equip-Bid.  By bidding, you are agreeing that Bidding for deals llc may use your email and phone number to communicate about orders, pickup times, reservations, promotions, sales, and other communications.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
