This auction is conducted exclusively online and is governed by all applicable legal rights and remedies in the state where the auction takes place. By placing a bid, you agree to all terms outlined below. Do not bid if you cannot adhere to these terms or cannot pick up during the scheduled removal window.

Photos take full precedence over all written descriptions. You are bidding ONLY on the item shown, and no background items, props, staging materials, or surfaces visible in photos are included unless explicitly stated.

Encore Estates & Consignment does NOT guarantee item completeness.
Items may or may not include:

• Hardware or screws

• Accessories

• Cords, chargers, or cables

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with NO REFUNDS once the auction closes.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Your default credit card on file may be charged immediately at auction close.

• If payment is declined, items cannot be picked up until payment is resolved.

• NO ON-SITE PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED. All invoices must be fully paid before arrival.

• Invoices over $2,000 must be paid via cash, wire transfer, or cashier’s check.

• Split payments are not allowed unless approved in writing.

• All winning bidders will receive an email with payment and pickup instructions.

Failure to pay or pick up will result in:

• Forfeited items

• Additional fees

• A permanent ban from Equip-Bid

• A $50 penalty for creating new accounts to avoid a ban

PICKUP TERMS

• If you cannot pick up during the scheduled removal time, do NOT bid.

• All invoices must be paid prior to arrival.

• No alternative pickup dates will be offered unless specifically stated.

FORFEITURE POLICY

If items are not picked up by the end of the scheduled window:

• Items are considered forfeited.

• NO REFUNDS and NO CHARGEBACKS will be issued.

• Items cannot be retrieved after forfeiture.

• Encore Estates may dispose of or resell the items immediately.

48-HOUR SMALL ITEM HOLD OPTION

Encore Estates may hold small items only for up to 48 hours upon request, subject to a
$5 storage and convenience fee (cash only).

Buyer must request this before or during pickup.
Large items cannot be held.

REMOVAL OF ITEMS

Once items are paid for and released:

• Ownership transfers immediately to the buyer.

• Buyer assumes all risk of damage or loss.

• Buyer (or their agent) is responsible for any damage caused during removal.

SHIPPING

Shipping availability varies by auction.
Check the “Shipping” tab on the listing to see if shipping is offered.

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE THE AUCTION CLOSES.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Missing parts, pieces, accessories, cords, hardware, screws, manuals, or packaging

• Any assumptions about completeness

• Buyer’s remorse

• AI-generated or inaccurate written descriptions

• Incorrect assumptions about model, function, size, or condition

• Failure to read full terms

• Items not picked up (forfeiture)

• Any disputes after an item leaves the pickup site

Encore Estates does NOT guarantee completeness or functionality.

Refunds are only considered if an item is significantly misrepresented in the photos, which serve as the governing representation of the item.

Approved refunds (rare) take 4–12 business days.

TAX-EXEMPT PURCHASES

Tax-exempt status must be established separately with each affiliate.
It is NOT stored in your Equip-Bid profile.

After submitting the required forms, notify us before payment so sales tax can be removed.

LIABILITY

The liability of Equip-Bid, Encore Estates & Consignment, and the Seller is limited solely to a refund of the purchase price when applicable.
No other damages—including incidental, consequential, or lost profits—will be covered.

MODIFICATIONS

These terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid and/or Encore Estates & Consignment.
