Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please email Riley at bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged between 8-10p.m. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on site is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Standard pick-up times are Tuesday through Thursday 12p to 6p. Holidays/weather may affect these hours. Your item(s) need to be picked up by the Friday after the auction closes. If pickup outside of the allotted time is needed please email Riley to work out a pickup time. 

If you fail to pick up the items you’ve won within the above time frame, items will be forfeited and returned back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify the Equip-Bid office by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close. 

Refunds: If you receive an open box, appears new, or factory sealed item that is non functional you are eligible to apply for a refund. We guarantee functionality of all factory sealed, appears new, and open box items! Please email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com with refund requests. This guarantee does not extend to missing hardware/parts or cosmetic condition and is for functionality only.  Otherwise no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Bidders have 48hrs from picking up the item to submit a refund request and 7 days, from when the item is picked up, to return the item. Photos are considered to be part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of the condition level.  All refund requests must be submitted within 48hrs of having picked up the item. Only single-item lots are eligible for refunds. Multiple item lots are not eligible for a refund. Multiple item lots are sold "As Is". Once the refund request is approved the item must be returned within 7 days of when item was picked up. “Factory Sealed” and “Appears new” items must be returned in boxed “Appears new” condition or you will be charged a $5 restocking fee. Please note that refunds are processed within 2 business days but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Big Deal Auctions LLC, contact us via email at bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com before the auction closes, otherwise the card on file will be charged. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
