For purchase amounts above $2,000, the credit card on file may be charged a $1,000 deposit after the auction ends. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice and is non-refundable. If the bidder does not complete full payment within the timeframes allowed, the deposit will be forfeited.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state of Oklahoma. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms. Do not bid if you do not have funds available for purchase. Do not bid over $2,000 if you plan on paying by credit or debit card. Payment: The default credit card on file will be charged at auction close and a 3.5% credit card fee will be imposed, unless you notify Red Stag Auctions at redstagauctions@gmail.com or 405-822-7328 prior to auction close stating you will pay by cash, cashier's check, or wire. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on-site with methods other than cash or cashier's check is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 cannot be paid by the credit card on file — you must pay by cash, wire, or cashier's check. If paying by cashier's check, make it out to RED STAG AUCTIONS.

Exact change is required on cash payments.

If you, as the winning bidder, do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of non-payment or failure to retrieve items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up items during scheduled times, contact Red Stag Auctions at 405-822-7328 before bidding. By bidding, you are legally bound to pay for all won items and to remove them from the auction location.

If items are not picked up within 7 days of auction close without prior approval from Red Stag Auctions, items will be forfeited with no refund and resold. If you do not remove your items during the scheduled removal dates without prior approval, you may be charged a $25 holding fee. After 7 days, items may be resold with no refund. All invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal regardless of any agreed-upon storage arrangements. You are still liable for payment and will be charged at the default credit card on file, whether or not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the buyer's property. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you believe you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify Red Stag Auctions by email or phone no later than noon the day following the auction close.

Refunds: No refunds will be given. There is no expressed or implied warranty on items. Photos are considered part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of condition level.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate — tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. Submit to redstagauctions@gmail.com after each auction.

Vehicles: Vehicles will be charged a 4.5% tax rate unless the buyer is an Oklahoma resident, in which case it will be 0% (you will pay at the tag agency). Insurance verification must be placed on the vehicle at auction close.

Condition of Items: All items are AS-IS with no warranties implied or offered. It is your responsibility to inspect items before bidding through our inspection options. Some items may have been used, started, ridden, driven, or moved for marketing, inspection, moving, auction use, or other purposes during the auction. Most items are stored outside and may be dirty, weathered, or have been exposed to rain. Items may also be muddy from being moved on a dirt pad. Some items may have scratches, dents, or other damage not shown in pictures. Most of the time, pictures are not of the specific lot being auctioned — they may be "stock" photos. It is your responsibility to verify all statements, descriptions, models, and accessories for each lot before bidding. All items are not tested; it is your responsibility to inspect and test items before bidding. Some statements made by the auction company may be opinions — please verify for yourself before bidding.

Limitations: The above-stated terms cannot be altered except in writing by Red Stag Auctions. Descriptions given are to the best of Red Stag Auctions' knowledge and/or have been supplied by the consignor selling the items. No warranties follow the item upon being sold. If you are not sure the item will fit your application, schedule an inspection or do not bid. Venue for litigation is Oklahoma County.
