If Your Card Is Ran And Is Declined For Any Reason There Will Be An Additional Charge Of 4% To Cover The Card Processor Fees For Attempted Processing Charged By The Card Processor. It is Your Responisiblity To Make Sure Your Card Information Is Current And Valid Or To Notiffy Us Of Your Alternate Payment BEFORE The Auction Ends.
Sales Tax Of 9.5% Will Be Collected For Items In This Auction Unless Tax Exempt. Tax Exempt Certificates Must Be Submitted Before The End Of The Auction. If Your Card Is Processed With Tax And You Then Send Tax Information You Will Be Billed An Additional 4% Non Cash Processing Fee For Processing A Refund And Will Not Receive A Refund For The Original Non Cash Processing Fee. NO TAX CERTIFICATES or CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON LOAD OUT DAYS!
Each Lot will have a $1 Handling Surcharge Fee to offset the rising cost of Handling, Processing and Assistance With Items During Load Outs
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Soft/Dynamic Closing Auction. The Final Bid has to Stand for the Final 5 mins Without Another Bid to Win the Lot. If Another Bid is Placed During this Time and Any Additional Bids, then the Countdown Time is Briefly Extended a Few Minutes. A Bidder Cannot Place a Bid the Last Second and Win the Lot.
It is Strongly Suggested to Place Maximum Bids for Lots you are Interested In to Avoid Missed Bidding Due to Internet or Computer Lag, Failing to Refresh or Power Outage at the End of the Auction or Falling to Remember the Auction Closing Time. Equip-Bid and Mother Road Auctions & Sales are not responsible for any of those issues if they happen.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Text or Call 918.961.0239 to schedule an inspection time upon request. No same day appointments or alterations.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, certified check and money order. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments are online only. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire(Additional $20 Fee), or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
No Third Party Pick-ups with any payment other than Cash, Certified Check or Money Order. If another form of payment is used then the pick-up will be denied.
Must have an Invoice with proper ID of person named on the invoice. Bidder number only, cannot be used to pick up or Identification.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. Regardless of pick-up location, time and date, all payment arrangements must be made by the conclusion of the auction if your card on file is not to be used or you have an invoice over $2000. If invoice payment arrangements are not made and your card is unable to be processed, you authorize your card on file or other payment method to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and you have not received an email or the invoice is not shown on your dashboard, contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.
Items are as is where is and no warranty or guaranty is givin on any item unless in writing by Mother Road Auctions & Sales. If there are concernes about an item then please inquire before bidding and always come to the scheduled inspections to verify and inspect items.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description different than how it was after you inspected it during the designated inspection period you are eligible to apply for a refund. No other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate before the end of the auction—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Mother Road Auctions & Sales, contact us at 918-961-0239. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Mother Road Auctions & Sales liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's final bid price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
