This auction is a contact free pick up service/ debit/credit card only (no cash)/ scheduled load out (read over details)

Payment: Your card will be processed at 10:00 AM the following day.

Pick-up: Pick up times are listed on each auction, Monday- Friday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM-1:00PM. Any items that are not picked up within 7 days of the auction's closing date will return to Integrity Auctions’ inventory with no refund. Please reach out to management for unforeseen circumstances to see if arrangements can be made.


Item Description Guide: 


Opened Box/Untested/Unknown Condition: Item appears to be in new or gently used condition. If, upon pick up the item does not work, the buyer may return the item for a full refund before leaving the pick up location. 


Damaged See Additional Photos: These items have known/seen damage. We will do our best to picture and describe all of the damage seen. We do not test for functionality. Damages could include scratched, dented, or broken. Items listed as damaged are not eligible for refund. 


Inspection:  BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do our best to take photos of any damaged items and describe it to the best of our ability. We do not test for functionality. We do not assemble items, therefore would be unaware if there are missing pieces. If you are interested in inspecting an item management must be contacted to schedule an appointment with a four hour notice. No after hour or weekend appointments are available. 


Scheduling an appointment for pick up is an option we provide to our customers as a convenient, fast, and efficient service. It is not something we will require but we will not have items available for pick up prior to 1pm unless otherwise stated or arranged with the customer. 


Further, inspecting an item is not required before your scheduled pickup. **Please note, that when you inspect the item(s) they will not be available for pickup during the inspection. As stated previously, pickups are available from 1pm the day after the auction closes. **

Multi-Auction Pickup Days: 


If you have purchased from multiple auctions throughout the week and would like to pick them up all together on one day you may do so. Items will not be held for longer than 7 days. Items left for more than 7 days will return to inventory with no refund.  Please let pick up staff know all the items you are picking up. 


Example: You have purchased an item on a Tuesday bid that listed Wednesday as a pick up but you also bought an item on a Wednesday bid for a Thursday pick up, you may wait to pick up both items on Thursday.
